Abstract
Esta invención se encuentra orientada al uso de ranolazina para reducir el riesgo de accidentes adversos coronarios en un paciente mamífero. Típicamente, los péptidos natriuréticos se encuentran asociados con la enfermedad coronaria, sindrome coronario agudo, y/o disfunción diastólica. La ranolazina puede ser administrada a un paciente como una solución intravenosa o en una forma posológica oral.
