Abstract

Este mecanismo ofrece una solución sencilla en la que un movimiento axial de una pieza estriada (6) efectúa un movimiento radial de bolas rígidas (5) que sujetan y deforman una tubería (1) que está inicialmente en un estado plástico. En función de la geometría de los canales (7) de la pieza estriada (6), se alcanza una sujeción variable. Esta operación de sujeción se realiza a medida que la pieza estriada (6) vuelve a su posición inicial, estando la tubería (1) en sí en un estado sólido ahora, de forma que las bolas (5) se devuelven a su posición inicial. La posición correcta para la sujeción de la tubería de plástico puede ser detectada por un detector (11). La presurización de la tubería de plástico se puede alcanzar gracias a una junta elástica (10) en la pieza que rodea la tubería (1).
