Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de imidazopiridazina. Más en particular, se refiere a derivados de 4-(bifenil-3-il)-7H-imidazo[4,5-c]piridazina de la Fórmula (I): y a sales de estos aceptables desde el punto de vista farmacéutico, en donde R1, R2, R3, R4 y R5 son como se definieron en la descripción. Los derivados de imidazopiridazina de la presente invención modulan la actividad del receptor GABAA. Son útiles para el tratamiento de diversas afecciones, por ejemplo, el dolor.
