Abstract

La presente divulgación proporciona anticuerpos monoclonales contra la proteína de muerte celular programada (PD-1), que pueden bloquear la unión de ligandos PD-1 a PD-1, y por lo mismo bloquear la función inhibidora de los ligandos de PD-1 en PD-1 que expresa células T.
