La presente invenci?n se refiere a una formulaci?n en forma s?lida a base de un nutriente que comprende: (a) un mineral o una vitamina (b) un fosfol?pido, (c) un primer agente seleccionado de (c-i) carragenina y (c-ii) goma de acacia, y, opcionalmente, (d) un ?ster de sacarosa y/o (e) un almid?n de origen vegetal. Adem?s, la presente invenci?n se relaciona con una composici?n que comprende al menos una de dichas formulaciones y el uso de la misma en el tratamiento de una deficiencia de dicho mineral y/o vitamina. Por ?ltimo, la presente invenci?n se refiere a un proceso para la preparaci?n de dichas formulaciones o composiciones.
