Abstract

Una pared elástica, que funciona como una válvula, forma una barrera entre el canal y la cámara interior y es sensible a la presión en la cámara interior para restringir el canal cuando la presión excede a una primera presión predeterminada. Esto impide que el fluido pase por alto una parte del laberinto, aumenta la longitud efectiva del laberinto y reduce con ello el flujo que tiene lugar a la presión más alta.
