Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar ésteres de fosfato de goma guar mediante mezcla del guar con solución acuosa de sal de sodio de ácido fosfórico que tiene un pH de aproximadamente 5 hasta aproximadamente 7, secar la mezcla hasta un contenido de humedad de aproximadamente 5 hasta aproximadamente 12%, y calentar la mezcla en una cámara cerrada a una temperatura de aproximadamente 150°C hasta aproximadamente 180°C durante aproximadamente 1 a 5 horas.
