Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados delo ácido arilsulfonilamino hidroxímico que son inhibidores de las metas loproteasas de la matriz o de la producción del factor de necrosis tumoral (denominado en lo sucesivo FNT) y, que como tal, son útiles en el tratamiento de un estado seleccionado a partir del grupo que consiste en artritis, cáncer, ulceración tisular, reestenosis, enfermedad periodontal, epidermólisis bullosa, escleritis y otras enfermedades caracterizadas por la actividad de las metaloproteinasas de la matriz, sida, sepsis, choque séptico y otras enfermedades que implican la producción del FNT.The present invention relates to derivatives of arylsulfonylamino hydroxymic acid which are inhibitors of the meta-loprotease targets of the matrix or of the production of tumor necrosis factor (hereinafter referred to as TNF) and which, as such, are useful in the treatment of a status selected from the group consisting of arthritis, cancer, tissue ulceration, restenosis, periodontal disease, epidermolysis bullosa, scleritis, and other diseases characterized by the activity of matrix metalloproteinases, AIDS, sepsis, septic shock, and other diseases involving FNT production.
