Abstract
Käesolev leiutis kuulub väetiste tootmise valdkonda ja käsitleb meetodit ja seadet granuleeritud väetiste, näiteks karbamiidi ja ammooniumnitraadi tootmiseks. Granuleeritud väetis toodetakse selle väetise sulatise pihustamise teel (dispergeerimisel) granuleerimistorni mahus, milles moodustatud sulatisetilgad jahutatakse ja tahkestatakse allalangemisel, kui need kontakteeruvad tõusva õhuvooluga. Saadud graanulid jahutatakse välises keevkihtaparaadis, kus väetise graanulid transporditakse horisontaalselt. Keevkihtaparaadis väljutatakse tolmunud õhk eraldi vähemalt kahest keevkihtaparaadi tsoonist, kusjuures tolmunud õhk juhitakse graanulite liikumise järgi keevkihtaparaadi esimesest tsoonist õhupuhastusseadisesse tolmunud õhu puhastamiseks, ja tolmunud õhk keevkihtaparaadi järgnevatest tsoonidest suunatakse granuleerimistorni. Tehniline tulemus seisneb keevkihtaparaadist puhastamiseks edastatava tolmunud õhu mahu vähenemises ja selle tulemusel ka õhu puhastamiseks kulutatava energia ja kapitalikulude vähenemises.
