Claims (15)

1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Intarsia-Gewirken, insbensondere an Flachwirkmaschinen, die aus einer Vielzahl von Stabelementen (25), die sich in Längsrichtung der Wirkmaschine bewegen, wobei jedes der Stabelemente (25) starr eine entsprechende Vielzahl von Fadenführungselementen (GF) hält, die den Faden einer entsprechenden Vielzahl von in vorbestimmten Stellungen gehaltenen Nadeln der Wirkmaschine zuführen, und aus jeweiligen Begrenzungselementen (28-30) besteht, die fest mit den Stabelementen verbunden sind und an Amschlagführungsabschnitten (5, 6) angreifen, die sich quer zur Wirkmaschine bewegen, um den Längsweg der Stabelemente (25) zu begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Anschlagführungsabschnitte (5, 6) mit den Begrenzungselementen wenigstens zwei verschiedener Stabelemente (25) in Anschlagberührung kommt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Basiskörper (1), einen auf dem Basiskörper (1) angeordneten und schrittweise entlang des Körpers quer zur Wirkmaschine nach hinten und nach vorne verschiebbaren Plattenteil (3), und wenigstens zwei Halterungswagen (11, 12) aufweist, die auf dem Körper (1) gelagert sind und von denen jeder ein Stabelement (25) in den jeweils gewünschten Abständen entlang des Körpers (1) haltert und die längs des Körpers (1) nach hinten und nach vorne bewegbar sind, wobei die Anschlagführungsabschnitte (5, 6) fest dem Plattenteil (3) zugeordnet und die Begrenzungselemente (28-30) starr den Halterungswagen (11, 12) zugeordnet sind.
3. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Gleitbewegungsführungen (2) im Körper (1) aufweist, die sich quer im wesentlichen über eine Seite des Basiskörpers (1) erstrecken und mit dem Plattenteil (3) zu dessen Gleitverschiebung im Eingriff stehen.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Stabelemente (25) und zwei Halterungswagen (11, 12) aufweist und daß die Anschlagführungsabschnitte aus zwei im wesentlichen V-förmig angeordneten Metallstreifen (5,6) bestehen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Plattenteil (3) gegenüberliegend angeordnete Zahnrasten (33, 34) für den Eingriff von Sperrklinken-Betätigungseinrichtungen (35, 36) aufweist, welche verschiebbar der einen Seite des genannten Halterungsbasiskörpers (1) zur Bewegung nach vorne und/oder hinten des Plattenteiles (3) zugeordnet sind.

Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zähne (33, 34) der Zahnrasten (33, 34) auf den Längskanten eines weiteren Plattenteiles (32) ausgebildet sind, welcher fest dem einen Plattenteil (3) an einer ersten Seite hievon, die entgegengesetzt zur zweiten Seite hievon zugeordnet ist, der die beiden Streifen (5, 6) zugeordnet sind, und sich quer und zentral im wesentlichen über einen Großteil der genannten ersten Seite erstreckt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinken-Betätigungseinrichtungen (35, 36) an zwei weiteren Streifenelementen (37, 38) angelenkt sind, die durch Betätigungsquerteile (39) betrieblich miteinander verbunden sind und in weiteren Führungen gleiten, die quer auf einer Seite des Halterungsbasiskörpers (1) ausgebildet sind, so daß die Hin- und Her-Schwenkbewegung des Querteiles (39) durch die genannten zwei weiteren Streifenelemente (37,38) und die diesen zugeordneten Sperrklinken (35, 36) in eine lineare Hin- und Herbewegung umgewandelt wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Stab- oder Streifenelemente (47, 48) aufweist, die quer in Führungen auf dem Basiskörper verschiebbar sind, wobei in den Stabelementen im wesentlichen zentral angeordnete Öffnungen (49, 50) ausgebildet sind und die Position der Stabelemente (47, 48) im Basiskörper in bezug auf die Sperrklinken (35, 36) derart ist, daß ein Eingriff einer der Sperrklinken (35, 36) mit den Zähnen der Zahnrasten (33, 34), die zur stufenweisen Bewegung nach vorne und/ oder nach hinter und/oder umgekehrt des weiteren Plattenteiles (32) mit einer der Sperrklinken zusammenwirken, verhindert wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebungs der Stabelemente (47, 48) im Basiskörper entweder mit elektromagnetischen oder mit mechanischen Mitteln erfolgt, wobei der Eingriff einer der Sperrklinken (35, 36) mit den damit zusammenwirkenden Zähnen (33, 34) durch die Öffnungen (49, 50) im betreffenden Stabelement (47, 48) erfolgt.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Summe der Verschubbewegungsdistanzen in Längsrichtung der beiden Halterungswagen (11, 12), je Stufe des Plattenteiles (3), einer fixe vorbestimmten Anzahl von Nadeln entspricht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Halterungswagen (11, 12) verschiebbar auf dem Basiskörper (1) jeweils über einen zylindrischen Führungsstab (9, 10) gelagert sind, welche Führungsstäbe fest auf dem Basiskörper (1) gehaltert sind und sich zueinander parallel im wesentlichen über die ganze Länge oder Längsabmessung des Basiskörpers (1) erstrecken.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hin- und Herbewegung in Längsrichtung der Halterungswagen (11, 12) entlang der betreffenden zylindrischen Führungsstäbe (9, 10) mittels Betätigungseinrichtungen erfolgt, die mit einer rotierenden Schwenkbewegung beaufschlaft und mit den beiden Halterungswagen (11, 12) jeweils über zwei riemenartige Antriebselemente (13, 14) verbunden sind, welche um jeweilige Führungsrollen (15, 16; 17, 18) laufen, die im Basiskörper (1) in der Nähe der Enden der zylindrischen Führungsstäbe (9, 10) drehbar gelagert sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungs inrichtungen für die Halterungswagen (11, 12) aus einer Welle (67) bestehen, die an den Enden zur Verbindung mit dem Rahmen der Wirkmaschine und zur Verschwenkung in beiden Richtungen über einen vorbestimmten Rotationswinkel durch mit den programmierten Hauptbewegungen der Maschine synchronisierte Antriebseinrichtungen ausgebildet sind, welche Welle (67) drehbar zwei ringförmige Buchsen (69, 71) trägt, von denen jede mit starren Teilen von zylindrischen Stäben (74, 73) verbunden ist, an welchen Teilen verschiebbar Klammerelemente (76, 75) je mit einem gegabelten Ende angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen den beiden Buchsen (69, 71) eine dritte Buchse (70) eingesetzt ist, die starr auf der Welle (67) befestigt ist und eine Vielzahl von Stiften (72) trägt, die in die gegabelten Enden der Klammerelemente (76, 75) eingreifen können, um die Klammerelemente (76, 75) entlang der zylindrischen Stäbe (74,73) wegzubewegen, wobei zur Verbindung der anderen Enden eines jeden Paares der Klammerelemente (75, 76) Federn (79) vorgesehen sind.

Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden riemenartigen Antriebselemente (13, 14) für die Betätigung der Halterungswagen (11, 12) mit ihren Enden jeweils an Gewindeenden der genannten Teile von zylindrischen Stäben (74, 73), die starr mit den Buchsen (69, 70) verbunden sind, befestigt sind.
15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungs- oder Antriebseinrichtungen für die genannten, die Fadenführungsrohre haltenden Stabelemente (25) aus wenigstens einem Schrittmotor oder einem Gleichstrommotor und Regeleinrichtungen hiefür bestehen.
