Claims (15)

1. Dispositif pour produire des éléments insérés ou des tissus tricotés en relief, en particulier avec des machines à tricoter linéaires, comprenant plusieurs éléments en forme de tige (25) se déplaçant le long de la machine à tricoter, chacun desdits éléments en forme de tige (25) supportant rigidement un grand nombre d'éléments de guidage de fil correspondants (GF) amenant le fil à un grand nombre d'aiguilles correspondantes de ladite machine à tricoter et maintenues dans des positions prédéterminées tandis que des éléments d'arrêt correspondants (28,30) fixés rigidement auxdits éléments en forme de tige et venant buter contre des éléments de guidage (5, 6) se déplacent transversalement par rapport à la machine à tricoter, afin de limiter le déplacement longitudinal desdits éléments en forme de tige (25), caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de guidage à butée (5, 6) vient au contact des éléments d'arrêt d'au moins deux éléments en forme de tige différents (25).
2. Dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un socle de support (1), un élément en forme de plaque (3), reposant sur ledit socle (1) et glissant en avant et en arrière et par étapes le long dudit socle, transversalement par rapport à la machine à tricoter et au moins deux chariots (11, 12), supportés par ledit socle (1) et portant chacun un élément en forme de tige (25) à des distances souhaitées respectives, le long dudit socle, et se déplaçant en avant et en arrière le long dudit socle (1), lesdits éléments de guidage à butée (5, 6) étant montés d'une manière fixe sur ledit élément en forme de plaque (3) et lesdits éléments d'arrêt (28, 30) étant fixés rigidement auxdits chariots (11, 12).
3. Dispositif selon revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des guides (2) subissant un mouvement de glissement sur ledit socle (1), dans une direction transversale essentiellement à travers une face dudit socle (1) et venant au contact dudit élément en forme de plaque (3), pour provoquer le mouvement de glissement de celui-ci.
4. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux éléments en forme de tige (25) et deux chariots (11, 12) et en ce que lesdits éléments de guidage à butée comprennent deux bandes métalliques (5, 6), disposées essentiellement en forme de V.
5. Dispositif selon revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément en forme de plaque (3) comprend des crémaillères (33, 34) disposées face à face et conçues pour actionner des dispositifs de commande à cliquet (35, 36) pouvant subir un mouvement de glissement par rapport à une face dudit socle de support (1), afin de permettre l'avancement et/ou le recul, respectivement, dudit élément en forme de plaque (3).

Dispositif selon revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que les dents (33, 34) de ladite crémaillère (33) sont définies par les arêtes longitudinales d'un autre élément en forme de plaque (32), fixé d'une manière immobile auxdits éléments en forme de plaque (3) sur une première face de celui-ci, écartée d'une seconde face de celui-ci à laquelle lesdites deux bandes (5, 6) sont fixées et s'étendent transversalement et axialement, essentiellement à travers la majeure partie de ladite première face.
7. Dispositif selon revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits dispositifs de commande à cliquet (35, 36) peuvent pivoter par rapport à deux autres éléments en forme de bande (37, 38) raccordés fonctionnellement par un élément de commande tranversal (39) et en contact glissant avec d'autres guides disposés transversalement sur ladite face dudit socle de support (1), le mouvement oscillatoire de va-et-vient dudit élément transversal (39) étant donc transformé ainsi en un mouvement linéaire de va-et-vient par lesdits deux autres éléments en forme de bande (37, 38) et par les cliquets (35, 36) associés à ceux-ci.

Dispositif selon revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux éléments en forme de tige on de bande (47, 48), disposés de manière à glisser transversalement dans des guides sur ledit socle, en ce que lesdits éléments en forme de tige définissent ainsi des ouvertures (49, 50) disposées d'une manière essentiellement axiale, et la position desdits éléments en forme de tige (47, 48) dans ledit socle étant telle, par rapport auxdits éléments à cliquet, qu'elle empêche l'engagement d'un dit élément à cliquet (35, 36) avec la dent de crémaillère (33, 34) conçue pour fonctionner en combinaison en celui-ci, de manière à provoquer le déplacement par étapes dudit élément en forme de plaque (32) vers l'avant et/ou vers l'arrière, et/ou vice-versa.
9. Dispositif selon revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement desdits éléments en forme de tige (47, 48) dans ledit socle est provoqué par des dispositifs mécaniques ou électromagnétiques, que l'engagement dudit élément à cliquet (37, 36) avec les dents (33, 34) conçu pour fonctionner en combinaison avec ceux-ci, se produit par l'ouverture correspondante (49, 50) dans ledit élément en forme de tige (47, 48).
10. Dispositif selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la somme des distances du déplacement longitudinal desdits chariots (11,12) correspond, pour chaque étape dudit élément en forme de plaque (3), à un nombre fixe prédéterminé d'aiguilles.

Dispositif selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits chariots (11, 12) sont supportés avec possibilité de glissement sur ledit socle (1) par des tiges de guidage cylindriques correspondantes (9, 10), lesdites tiges étant fixées à demeure sur ledit socle (1) et étant disposées parallèment l'une à l'autre, essentiellement sur toute la longueur de la dimension longitudinale dudit socle (1).

Dispositif selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement longitudinal de va-et-vient desdits chariots (11, 12) le long de leurs tiges de guidage cylindriques correspondantes (9, 10) est provoqué par des dispositifs de commande animés d'un mouvement rotatif oscillatoire de va-et-vient et raccordés fonctionnellement auxdits chariots (11, 12) par l'intermédiaire de deux éléments d'entraînement (13, 14) correspondants et en forme de courroie, passant sur les poulies de guidage correspondantes (15, 16, 17, 18) supportées, avec possibilité de rotation, par ledit socle (1), pré des extrémités desdites tiges de guidage cylindriques (9, 10).
13. Dispositif selon revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que lesdits dispositifs de commande desdits chariots (11, 12) comprennent un arbre (67) conçu pour fixer les extrémités de celui-ci au châssis de ladite machine à tricoter et pour pouvoir subir un mouvement d'oscillation dans les deux sens, suivant un angle de rotation prédéterminé, au moyen d'un dispositif à moteur synchronisé avec les mouvements principaux programmés de ladite machine, ledit arbre (67) portant deux buselures annulaires (69, 71), avec possibilité de rotation, chacune desdites buselures portant des parties rigides de tiges cylindriques (74, 73) sur lesquelles sont disposés, avec possibilité de glissement, des éléments à étrier (76, 75) présentant une extrémité correspondante en forme de fourche, tandis qu'une troisième buselure (70) est disposée entre les deux buselures (69,71) et est montée d'une manière fixe sur ledit arbre (67), ladite troisième buselure (70) portant plusieurs broches (72) pouvant s'engager dans les extrémités en forme de fourche desdits éléments à étrier (76, 75) pour provoquer le déplacement desdits éléments à étrier (76, 75) le long desdites tiges cylindriques (74, 73), les ressorts (79) étant prévus pour assurer l'interconnexion des autres extrémités de chaque paire d'éléments à étrier (75, 76).
14. Dispositif selon revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments d'entraînement en forme de courroie (13, 14) pour entraîner lesdits chariots (11, 12) sont fixés par leurs extrémités aux extrémités filetées correspondantes desdites parties de tiges cylindriques (74, 73), fixées rigidement auxdites buselures (69, 71).
15. Dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits dispositifs de commande ou d'entraînement pour lesdits éléments (25) en forme de tige supportant le tube de guidage du fil comprennent au moins un moteur pas à pas ou un moteur à courant continu, et les dispositifs de commande de celui-ci.
