Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum lokalen Verteilen elektrisierbaren Materials, insbesondere zur Verwendung in einer Bedruckungsanalge zum Drucken von Reliefmotiven, mit einem in Vibration versetzbaren Sieb (2), das mit Unterteilungen versehen ist und ein unteres mit einem Hochspannungsgenerator verbundenes Gitter besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Unterteilungen von einer Reihe unabhängiger, herausnehmbarer zylindrischer Elemente (4) aus nichtleitendem Material mit parallelen Achsen gebildet sind, die gleichen oder unterschiedlichen Durchmesser besitzen und senkrecht zu dem Gitter (3) ausgerichtet sind und deren Haltgebung in der gewünschten Position durch ihre gegenseitige Berührung längs Mantellinien gewährleistet ist, wobei die äußeren Reihen dieser Elemente ferner längs Mantellinien mit den Innenwandungen des Siebs in Berührung stehen, und daß der Vorrichtung zwei abnehmbare, zueinander komplementäre, zur Verwendung in aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsstufen bestimmte Abdeckmasken (5, 7) zugeordnet sind, deren eine (5) mit einem Trichter (6) zur Zuführung des elektrisierbaren Materials verbunden ist und eine ganzzahlige im wesentlichen der Fläche des aufzubringenden Motivs entsprechende Zahl der zylindrischen Elemente unbedeckt läßt, während die zweite Abdeckmaske (7) mit einer Absaughaube (8) verbunden ist und wenigstens diejenigen zylindrischen Elemente abdeckt, die bei der vorangehenden Arbeitsstufe unbedeckt sind.
2. Bedruckungsanlage zum Drucken von Reliefmotiven mit elektrisierbarem Material mit mehreren Stationen zum Plazieren der zu bedruckenden Artikel, mit wenigstens einem Druckkopf sowie mit einer Fixierungsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drei dem Druckkopf bzw. den Druckköpfen vorgeordneten Plazierungsstationen (A4, A5, A6) gebildet sind von einer Station für das Auftragen von Klebstoff entspreder Zeichnung des Motivs, einer gemäß Anspruch 1 ausgebildeten, zuvor mit Hilfe der ersten Abdeckmaske mit elektrisierbarem Material geladenen und sodann mit der zweiten mit einer Absaughaube verbundenen Abdeckmaske ausgerüsteten Vorrichtung zum lokalen Verteilen, gefolgt von einer gleichartigen, jedock nicht zum Verteilen elektrisierbaren Materials dienenden Vorrichtung, die mit einer Absaughaube verbunden ist, und daß am Ausgang der Anlage die genannte Fixierungsstation vorgesehen ist.

Bedruckungsanlage nach Anspruch 2, in der die Station für das Auftragen von Kelbstoff dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß ihr Auftragkopf (11) zwei Auftragwerkzeuge (12, 13) besitzt, die in entgegengesetztem Sinn unter einem Winkel von etwa 70° zur Streichebene arbeiten, und daß eines dieser Auftragwerkzeuge (12) aus einem Material mit einer Shore-Härte von etwa 80° besteht und in seinem unteren Endbereich einen abgerundeten Querschnitt besitz, während das andere Auftragwerkzeug (13) aus einem Material mit einer Shore-Härte von etwa 60° besteht und in seinem unteren Endbereich einen schräg zugeschnittenen Querschnitt besitzt.
4. Bedruckungsanlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftraggeschwindigkeit der Station für das Auftragen von Kelbstoff zwischen 0,15 und 0,60 m/s beträgt.
5. Bedruckungsanlage nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Beendigung des Kelbstoffauftrags der Rahmen der Station für das Auftragen von Klebstoff durch Verschwenken um eine horizontale Achse abgehoben wird.
