Claims (5)

1. Verschließeinrichtung enthaltend eine Kapsel (1) zum Aufschrauben auf den Hals (3) einer Flasche und ein Verbindungselement (2), welches mit der Innenseite seiner Rückwand einem Kragen (1f) der Kapsel zugeordnet ist und dazu bestimmt ist, sich gegen die äußerste obere Seite (3c) des Flaschenhalses (3) anzulegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Bereich (1b) der Rückwand der Kapsel (1), von welcher der Kragen (1f) ausgeht, nach außen oder oben versetzt angeordnet ist, um auf diese Weise die Höhe der Kapsel (1) zu vergrößern.
2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (1f) als rohrförmige, konische und elastische Wand ausgebildet ist, die in den Flaschenhals eindringt und einen freien Rand (1 g) aufweist, der eine nach außen gerichtete Biegung besitzt.
3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippe (2b) des Verbindungselementes (2) genügend hoch ist, um vermittels der Kapsel (1) gegen die Ausgießfläche bzw. äußere, seitliche Fläche (3c) des Flaschenhalses (3) angelegt zu werden.
4. Verschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (2) aus Äthylenvinylacetat (EVA) hergestellt ist, um seine Form nach der Verformung durch die Wirkung des Flaschenhalses beizubehalten.
5. Verschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kapsel (1) aus Polypropylen besteht.
