Claims (8)

1. Tréteau de montage avec un montant vertical (1) constitué par un profilé creux rectangulaire, sur la paroi latérale duquel est montée une poutre (5) horizontale pourvue d'une bride qui peut être bloquée par serrage et déplacée en hauteur au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage, une fente longitudinale (3) étant pratiquée dans la paroi latérale de la poutre (5), les bords de ladite fente repliés vers l'intérieur présentent chacun une denture dirigée vers l'intérieur, dans laquelle vient en prise un support (9) du dispositif de serrage, qui peut être introduit par la fente et peut subir une rotation de 90°, un organe de serrage pouvant être tendu et soumis à l'action d'un ressort, étant en outre monté sur le support et relié à la poutre (5), pousse la bride de celui-ci contre la paroi latérale du montant, caractérisé en ce que le support (9) présente deux rainures parallèles (10) dans lesquelles les bords longitudinaux dentés de la fente sont guidés avec du jeu, en ce qu'au moins un cran, qui est en prise dans la denture (4), est disposé dans chacune des rainures (10), et en ce que les deux zones de surfaces (9a) du support (9) situées latéralement en dehors des rainures (10) sont réalisées sous forme de surface d'appui planes qui transmettent la pression à la paroi latérale du montant sous l'effet de la détente des crans et des dentures.
2. Tréteau de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie centrale du support (9), située entre les rainures (10), pénètre dans la fente longitudinale (3).

Tréteau de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dentures (4) sont réalisées sous forme de scie ou de dents de loup et présentent des flancs de dents (4a) longs, dirigés en biais vers le haut à partir du fond de la dent et des flancs de dents courts, sensiblement horizontaux ou s'étendant légèrement vers le bas en direction du fond de la dent, qui se rejoignent au fond de la dent en formant des creux de dents (4b) arrondis de forme concave pour assurer un enclenchement sûr des crans.

6. Tréteau de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le montant (1) est un montant de suspension.

Tréteau de montage comportant au moins un montant vertical (1), en particulier un montant de suspension, constitué par un profilé creux sensiblement rectangulaire, qui comporte sur au moins une de ses deux parois latérales opposées, une fente longitudinale (3), dont les bords longitudinaux sont repliés vers l'intérieur et sont pourvus chacum d'une denture (4) dirigée vers l'intérieur; au moins une poutre horizontale qui est montée sur la paroi latérale du montant de façon amovible et règlable en hauteur par l'intermédiaire d'une bride de fixation (2) verticale présentant au moins une ouverture, et un dispositif de serrage pour la poutre qui est composé d'un boulon fileté pénétrant par l'ouverture de la bride de fixation et la fente longitudinale du montant (1), dans le profil creux de cette dernière, d'un support situé dans le profilé creux et fixé à son extrémité intérieure, lequel support est plus long dans le sens transversal que la largeur de la fente longitudinale, d'une pièce de pression montée de façon libre sur le boulon fileté, d'un écrou de fixation vissé sur l'extrémité extérieure du boulon fileté, et d'un ressort de pression disposé entre la pièce de pression et l'écrou de fixation, la bride de fixation de la poutre étant serrée entre la paroi latérale du montant et la pièce de pression et le support présentant des profils crantés qui viennent s'insérer dans les creux des dentures, caractérisé en ce que le support (9) est une pièce en forme de bloc et présente sur sa face tournée vers l'extérieur deux rainures parallèles (10) dont l'écartement et la largeur sont dimensionnés de telle façon que les bords longitudinaux avec leurs dentures (4) y viennent en prise avec du jeu, alors que la zone centrale du support comprise entre les rainures (10) pénètre dans la fente longitudinale (3), en ce que chacune des deux rainures (10) est traversée dans le sens transversal par au moins deux goupilles d'enclenchement parallèles (11) qui forment les profils crantés mentionnés et dont l'écartement est égal à l'écartement ou à un multiple de l'écartement entre les dents des dentures (4) et en ce que les deux zones de surfaces (9a) du côté du support (9) tourné vers l'extérieur, situées latéralement à l'extérieur des rainures (10), sont réalisées sous la forme de surface d'appui planes qui transmettent la pression à la paroi latérale du montant sous l'effet de la détente des goupilles d'enclenchement (11) et des dentures (4).

Tréteau de montage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou de fixation (13) présente sur son côté intérieur une bride annulaire (13a) façonnée, comportant une rainure annulaire recevant l'extrémité extérieure du ressort de pression (14), et la pièce de pression (12) est réalisée sous forme de douille de ressort pour l'extrémité intérieure du ressort.
