Claims (3)

1. Dispositif pour le formage et l'emballage de bonbons fourrés ou gommes à mâcher, constitués d'une matière molle, avec les languettes de pincement (28, 27) déplaçables l'une vers l'autre, entre lesquelles un boudin de pâte (11) fourré d'une matière liquide (10) est resserré et subdivisé en une chaîne de bonbons ou gommes à mâcher (Bi, B2) reliés entre eux par seulement un mince filet de pâte, qui sont séparés l'un après l'autre au moyen des lames de découpe (32, 33) actionnées de façon synchronisée avec les languettes de pincement (28, 27), disposées à une distance (L) correspondant à la longueur des objets, au niveau des filets de pâte, et sont amenés à un poste d'emballage (17), dispositif caractérisé en ce que les lames de découpe (32, 33) et plusieurs languettes de pincement (27a à 27c), à distance égale (L) les unes des autres, sont montées sur des sabots tranchants (20, 21) et que la hauteur (H1 à H3) des languettes de pincement va toujours croissant d'une languette de pincement à l'autre (26c à 26a et 27c à 27a) dans la direction des lames de découpe (32, 33).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au voisinage des sabots (20, 21) se trouve placée une barre d'appui (18) pour le boudin (11), qui présente des orifices (39) pour le passage des languettes de pincement (27).
3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'un des sabots (20, 21 ) déplaçables l'un vers l'autre présente une première surface de formage (40) disposée entre les languettes (28) et la lame (32), qui coopère avec la partie (42) avant de la barre d'appui (18) constituant une deuxième surface de formage (41) délimitée par les languettes (27) et la lame (32) de l'autre sabot (21).
