Claims (11)

1. Machine rotative de sérigraphie comportant au moins un pochoir cylindrique (1), une raclette (22) et un conduit (15) amenant ou évacuant l'encre à la partie inférieure du côté intérieur du pochoir (1) sur toute sa largeur, machine dont la bande de tissu (3), est guidée de façon inclinée ou verticale et dont la raclette (22) est placée dans le plan médian horizontal du pochoir (1) derrière la conduite (15) de l'encre dans le sens de rotation (K) qui peut être reliée à une pompe d'alimentation ou d'aspiration d'encre, caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'encre (15) est décalée d'environ 90° par rapport à la raclette (22) dans le sens contraire de la rotation (K) et placée directement au-dessus du côté intérieur du pochoir avec ses ouvertures de sortie (24) réparties sur la longueur de la conduite.
2. Machine rotative de sérigraphie comportant au moins un pochoir cylindrique (1), une raclette (22) et un conduit (15) amenant ou évacuant l'encre à la partie inférieure du côté intérieur du pochoir (1) sur toute sa largeur, machine dont la bande de tissu (3) est guidée de façon inclinée ou verticale et dont la raclette (22) est placée dans le plan médian horizontal du pochoir (1) derrière la conduite (15) de l'encre dans le sens de rotation (F), caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'amenée d'encre (15a) est placée approximativement dans le plan médian vertical du pochoir (1) et une conduite d'aspiration (39) se trouvant juste devant la raclette (22) à une petite distance du côté intérieur du pochoir.
3. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'amenée et d'aspiration (15), ou la conduite d'amenée (15a) et la conduite d'aspiration (39), présente, dans le sens de rotation du pochoir cylindrique, un alésage d'aspiration (24, 34) et de sortie (24, 35) incliné par rapport à la verticale, alésage qui est situé derrière le plan médian (M) de la conduite dans le sens de rotation (K) du pochoir (1).
4. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'amenée et d'aspiration d'encre (15) ou la conduite d'amenée (15a) et la conduite d'aspiration (39) peuvent être tournées autour de leur axe longitudinal.
5. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'amenée et d'aspiration d'encre (15) ou la conduite d'amenée (15a) et la conduite d'aspiration (39) peuvent être pivotées autour de l'axe longitudinal (L) du pochoir cylindrique (1).
6. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'amenée et d'aspiration (15) ou la conduite d'amenée (15a) ou la conduite d'aspiration (39) pouvant être reliées à une pompe d'alimentation et d'aspiration sont reliées à une conduite d'amenée d'eau de rinçage.
7. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par une conduite séparée amenant du liquide de lavage à l'intérieur du pochoir.
8. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la conduite amenant le liquide de lavage est placée sur la barre racleuse (12).
9. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un tablier ou rideau de protection amovible (42) ou analogue peut être levé et abaissé entre le pochoir (1) et le presseur (2) situé à la même hauteur ou le pochoir et la bande en matière textile appliquée au presseur.
10. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon les revendications 1 ou 2 et 8, caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'amenée d'encre (15a) peut être reliée à une conduite évacuant un liquide de lavage (fig. 5).
11. Machine rotative de sérigraphie selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'aspiration d'encre 39, placée juste avant le couteau racleur (22) dans le sens de rotation (F) du pochoir (1), peut être reliée à une conduite amenant un liquide de lavage.
