Claims (8)

1. Verfahren zur automatischen Übergabe von Strumpfhosen von einer Nähmaschine für die Nähte von Strumpfhosen an eine Zwickel-Nähmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- daß zunächst die Beinteile (30, 31) des Kleidungsstücks dadurch getrennt werden, daß sein Rumpfteil (35) an der Nähmaschine für Strumpfhosen festgelegt und der Rest des Kleidungsstückes (1) von dieser Nähmaschine wegbewegt wird,
- daß das Kleidungsstück mittels seiner zentralen Öffnung (2) gehalten wird,
- daß hierauf der Rumpfteil und die Beinteile des Kleidungsstückes freigegeben werden und das Kleidungsstück gedreht wird, bis es unter dem rohrförmigen Träger (4) der Zwikkel-Nähmaschine mit diesem ausgerichtet ist, und
- daß dann das Kleidungsstück angehoben und mit der Öffnung (2) außen um den Träger (4) der Zwickel-Nähmaschine herum so angeordnet wird, daß der Rand (37), der mit dem Zwickel vernäht wird, auf der Basis des Trägers (4) aufliegt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinteile (30, 31) des Kleidungsstückes mit Hilfe von zwei pneumatischen Ansaugrohren (32, 33) getrennt und in dieser Stellung gehalten werden.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ergreifen des Kleidungsstücks (1) mittels der Öffnung (2) unter gleichzeitiger Erweiterung dieser Öffnung erfolgt.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ergreifen des Kleidungsstücks (1) mittels der Öffnung (2) durch eine radiale Erweiterung von Greifelementen (19) erfolgt.
5. Einrichtung zur Übergabe von Strumpfhosen von einer Nähmaschine für die Nähte der Strumpfhosen an eine Zwickel-Nähmaschine gemäß dem automatischen Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:
- eine Vorrichtung, die dazu dient, die Beinteile (30, 31) und den Rumpfteil (35) des Kleidungsstücks (1) so voneinander getrennt zu halten, daß die zentrale Öffnung (2) zugänglich gemacht wird,
- eine Vorrichtung (9) zum Ergreifen des Kleidungsstückes (1) mittels der Öffnung (2), wobei diese Vorrichtung einen Ring (16) umfaßt, der dazu bestimmt ist, die Mündung des Trägers (4) für das Kleidungsstück an einer Zwickel-Nähmaschine zu umschlie- βen, und
- eine Vorrichtung zum Bewegen der Vorrichtung (9) zum Ergreifen des Kleidungsstücks von der Nähmaschine für die Strumpfhosen zum Träger (4) der Zwickel-Nähmaschine und zwar gegenüber der Zuführstelle.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung, die dazu dient, die Beinteile (30, 31) voneinander getrennt zu halten, die von zwei vertikalen, zwischengeschalteten und ausgerichteten pneumatischen Ansaugrohren (32, 33) gebildet ist, von denen jedes ein Beinteil (30, 31) des Kleidungsstückes (1) aufnehmen kann, solange dieses noch nicht von der Nähmaschine (3) für die Strumpfhosen wegbewegt wird.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (9) zum Ergreifen des Kleidungsstückes (1) mittels der Öffnung (2) eine Reihe von Stiften (19) umfaßt, die zueinander parallel angeordnet sind und zum Einführen in die Öffnung (2) auf einem Kreis mit geringerem Durchmesser eine zur Öffnung konzentrische Ruhestellung und zum Festhalten des Kleidungsstückes durch ein radial zentrifugales Einwirken auf den Rand der Öffnung (2) auf einem Kreis mit größerem Durchmesser eine Arbeitsstellung einnehmen können.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Ergreifen des Kleidungsstücks (1) mittels der Öffnung (2) von zwei konzentrischen Ringen (15, 16) gebildet ist, von denen der äußere beweglich und der innere fest angeordnet ist, daß der innere Ring mit mehreren halbelastischen Platten (39) ausgestattet ist und auf der einen seiner Flächen mehrere radiale, gekrümmte, drehbare Elemente (17) aufweist, deren freies Ende mit einem senkrechten Stift (19) versehen ist, während er auf seiner anderen Fläche mehrere Platten (20) besitzt, die mit entsprechenden Elementen (17) verbunden und mit einem Einschnitt (21) versehen sind, in den einer von mehreren Nocken (22) eingreift, die von dem äußeren beweglichen Ring (15) ausgehen.
