Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zum Trennen von Bürstenhaarreihen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus mindestens einem Messer (1) mit scharfem Ende besteht, wobei dieses Messer an einer Seite eine vertikale oder annähernd vertikale Fläche (29) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite, ausgehend vom scharfen Ende des Messers, eine zweite Fläche (21) aufweist, welche sich von der ersten Seite mindestens an einem Teil der Länge entlang allmählich entfernt, wobei dieses Messer (1) eine Rückwärts- und Vorwärtsbewegung hat, so daß das Messer (1) sehr genau durch eine parallele Relativbewegung zwischen Messer (1) und Bürste (15) zwischen zwei Bürstenhaarreihen (16, 19) eingefürht werden kann, so daß mindestens eine Bürstenhaarreihe (19) bezüglich einer anliegenden Bürstenhaarreihe (16) seitlich weggebogen werden kann.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Herstellung einer Bürste (15), deren zwei äußeren Bürstenhaarreihen (19, 20) aus Haaren einer von den sich zwischen diesen zwei äußeren Bürstenhaarreihen befindlichen Haarbüscheln verschiedenen Länge bestehen, zwei Parallelmesser (1, 2) vorgesehen sind, wodurch die Vertikalseiten (29, 30) dieser zu den Bürstenhaaren parallel laufenden Messer einander gegenüberstehen.
3. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (1) oder die Messer (1, 2) an einem Schlitten (3) befestigt ist bzw. sind, welcher bezüglich des Bürstenkörpers (15) eine Rückwärts- und Vorwärtsbewegung erhalten kann.

Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (3) auf Führungen (4, 5) verschieblich ist, welche zu den Bürstenhaarreihen parallel sind, wobei dieser Schlitten (3) mittels einer entsprechenden Nocke (6) gesteuert wird, und daß zwischen diesem Schlitten (3) und den festen Stützen (8, 9) Zug-Spannmittel, z.B. Rückspringfeder (10, 11) vorgesehen sind, welche den Schlitten (3) mit der Nocke (6) oder einer ähnlichen Vorrichtung im Dauerkontakt hält.

Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (1) im Querschnitt die Form eines rechtwinkligen oder annähernd rechtwinkligen Dreiecks hat, wobei eine Kathete (29) vertikal oder annähernd vertikal ist, während die zweite Kathete sich oben befindet, und an der Vorderseite eine schräge Fläche (21) vorgesehen ist, welche sich scharf zum freien Ende und zur vertikalen Seite (29) des Messers (1) hin ausstreckt.
6. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (1) im Querschnitt die Form eines stumpfwinkligen Dreiecks hat, wobei der stumpfe Winkel nach oben und nach den inneren Bürstenhaarreihen orientiert ist.

Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Seitenfläche (29) des Messers (1) vertikal ist, während die gegenüberliegende Seitenfläche, mindestens an der Stelle, an der das Messer (1) mit den Bürstenhaaren in Kontakt tritt, sich vom scharfen Ende ab allmählich von dieser Seitenfläche (29) entfernt.
8. Vorrichtung nach iregendeinem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei der Katheten der Messer einander gegenüberstehen, während die anderen Katheten sich oben befinden.
9. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das scharfe Messerende in einer schrägen Ebene (21) liegt.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schräge scharfe Ende des Messers (1) an dessen-Unterseite mehr hervorragt.
11. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 6-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das scharfe Ende mit einer zusätzlichen schrägen Fläche (29) versehen ist, um diesem Ende eine Dreiecksform (28) zu geben.
