Claims (2)

1. Culasse susceptible d'être réalisée selon le procédé de moulage sous pression pour des moteurs à combustion interne multi-cylindres refroidis par un liquide.
- avec des chambres de combustion (4) disposées en une rangée,
- avec des guidages de soupapes (13, 14), disposées en au moins une rangée parallèle aux chambres de combustion (4), pour des soupapes d'admission et d'échappement placées en tête,
- avec des chambres d'eau (2, 3) susceptibles d'être raccordées à la chemise de refroidissement d'un bloc-cylindres,
- ces chambres d'eau étant disposées annu- lairement autour des chambres de combustion (4) et étant ouvertes en forme de niches vers le plan de séparation (1') de la culasse (1) et du bloc cylindres,
- avec au moins un canal longitudinal (7) disposé parallèlement à la rangée des chambres de combustion (4) et à une certaine distance du plan de séparation (1'),
- avec des canaux de liaison (8, 9, 10) entre les chambres d'eau (2, 3) et le canal longitudinal (7),
- ces canaux de liaison s'étendant transversalement par rapport à la rangée des chambres de combustion (4),
culasse caractérisée en ce que :
- le canal longitudinal (7) est disposé, par rapport au plan de séparation (1'), au-dessus des chambres de combustion (4) ainsi que parallèlement à la rangée de guidage de soupapes (13,14) et à leur proximité immédiate,
- les canaux de liaison (8, 9, 10) sont disposés selon un angle par rapport au plan de séparation (1') et s'étendent des chambres à eau (2, 3) vers le canal longitudinal (7) en ligne droite sous forme de perçages et/ou de passage ménagés au moulage.
2. Culasse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que :
- un unique canal longitudinal (7) s'étend à peu près au milieu au-dessus de la rangée des chambres de combustion (4) entre deux rangées de guidage de soupapes (13, 14) disposées les unes par rapport aux autres en formant un V pour des soupapes d'admission et d'échappement placées en tête en formant un V,
- en regardant dans la direction de la rangée des chambres de combustion (4), des perçages (17) pour des bougies d'allumage sont disposés respectivement à peu près parallèlement à côté de panneaux d'échappement (12) qui débouchent sur un côté longitudinal, et à peu près dans des plans transversaux communs avec des canaux d'admission (11) qui débouchent sur l'autre côté longitudinal,
- un canal de liaison (8 ou bien 10) est disposé de part et d'autre de chaque canal d'échappement (12) à peu près dans des plans transversaux parallèles,
- l'un (8) de ces canaux de liaison passant entre un canal d'échappement (12) et un perçage (17) pour bougies d'allumage,
- un autre canal de liaison (9) est disposé à côté de chaque canal d'admission (11) et à peu près dans un plan transversal commun avec chaque canal d'échappement (12),
- les canaux de liaison (8, 9, 10) s'étendent obliquement par rapport au plan de séparation (1'), suivant respectivement un angle d'environ 30 à 60°, à partir du canal longitudinal (7) vers les deux côtés.
