Claims (3)

1. Dispositif de liaison autobloquant d'éléments de cuvelage (1, 1' ; 2, 2') pour le soutènement dans les tunnels et les puits constitué par des chevilles (5) libres qui sont destinées à être introduites par leurs deux parties extrêmes dans des douilles pour cheville (3, 4) prévues dans les bords incurvés limitant le joint (13) des segments de cuvelage entre deux anneaux de cuvelage voisins qui composent le cuvelage annulaire, chaque éouille bloquant par emmanchement à force la cheville qu'elle contient et présentant, au moins dans le voisinage immédiat du bord un diamètre qui est plus grand que celui de la cheville correspondante, caractérisé en ce que les douilles de cheville (3, 4) présentent leur plus grand diamètre dans les zones du bord annulaire des éléments du cuvelage (1, 1' ; 2. 2') et vont en se rétrécissant en cône vers l'intérieur du cuvelage pour se terminer par une partie cylindrique dans une partie enserrant la cheville (5) par emmanchement à force, la longueur de la partie conique de la douille pour cheville étant choisie par rapport à sa longueur totale telle que, lorsque les douilles de cheville (3 et 4) qui se font face respectivement ne sont pas en alignement axial exact, la cheville (5) peut se déformer librement pour compenser les imprécisions qui restent dans la marge des tolérances de fabrication.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une éclisse (11) est montée de façon à pouvoir tourner à un emplacement défini des éléments de cuvelage (2 et 2') d'un anneau de cuvelage en cours de montage, par exemple au moyen de boulons (12, 12') introduits dans des douilles (10, 10') et, pendant le montage, le centre de rotation (10) dans l'élément de cuvelage (2) en cours de montage et, par conséquent, cet élément de cuvelage (2) lui-même, se déplacent le long d'un parcours défini par rapport à l'élément de cuvelage (2') déjà mis en place de manière indéplaçable.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par une liaison par vissage des éléments de cuvelage dans les joints longitudinaux (13) qui comprend :
une douille filetée (16, 16') et une douille tubulaire (15, 15') pour le passage d'une vis (17, 17') disposées respectivement dans chacune des faces latérales (14, 14') des éléments du cuvelage limitant le joint, chaque douille filetée (16, 16') se trouvant dans une face latérale d'un élément de cuvelage coïncidant en position et en direction avec une douille tubulaire (15, 15') de la face latérale correspondante de l'élément de cuvelage contigu, et
deux vis (17, 17') correspondantes qui, disposées en croix, passent à travers la douille tubulaire (15, 15') de l'un des éléments de cuvelage et sont vissées dans la douille filetée (16', 16) correspondante de l'élément de cuvelage contigu pour relier entre eux les éléments de cuvelage contigus (1, 1' ; 2, 2') le long d'un joint longitudinal (13).
