Claims (5)

1. Emballage souple, apte à se tenir debout, en matière plastique, pour un contenu, notamment un liquide, sous pression gazeuse, composé d'un tube cylindrique (1) fait d'une feuille composite soudable sur les deux faces, et d'un couvercle (2) et d'un fond (4), soudés respectivement à ses deux extrémités et faits d'une feuille composite soudable où le fond (4) est soudé à la paroi intérieure du tube cylindrique (1), caractérisé en ce que:
- le fond (4), qui présente une région bombée vers l'extérieur et une région cylindrique, est soudé par sa région cylindrique, de telle manière que ses bords soient dirigés vers le couvercle et en ce que le tube cylindrique (1) présente un bord débordant qui améliore l'aptitude de l'emballage à se tenir debout,
-le couvercle (2), qui présente une région cylindrique, est soudé par sa région cylindrique à la paroi extérieure ou intérieure du tube cylindrique (1) de telle manière que ses bords soient dirigés vers le fond (4); et
- la feuille composite du tube cylindrique (1), ainsi que celles du couvercle (2) et du fond (4) comprennent une couche métallique, de préférence une feuille d'aluminium.
2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube cylindrique (1) est composé d'une feuille tubulaire sans soudure.
3. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube cylindrique (1) est soudé à l'aide d'un joint à recouvrement.
4. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (2) ou le fond (4) et/ou la paroi du tube cylindrique présentent une zone d'affaiblissement à travers laquelle le contenu peut être prélevé après son ouverture.
5. Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage rempli selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on forme tout d'abord le tube cylindrique à partir d'une feuille composite souple, puis on soude le couvercle au tube cylindrique, par un joint extérieur ou un joint intérieur, ensuite on introduit la matière de remplissage et, finalement, on introduit le fond à l'état replié et on le soude.
