Definitions

  • the invention relates to a multi-pole high-voltage circuit breaker according to the first part of claim 1.
  • a high-voltage circuit breaker of the type mentioned in the first part of claim 1 is already known (DE-U-79 21 721).
  • the object of the invention is to design the high-voltage circuit breaker of the type mentioned in the first part of claim 1 in such a way that its parts can be combined with one another in a particularly simple manner.
  • the solution found has the advantage that all parts are connected to one another without screws and no tools are required to join the individual parts together.
  • a first half of a housing made of insulating material is designated as a shell.
  • the second half of the housing consists of a shell which is the same as the first half of the housing and is therefore also designated by 1a. Since the shells 1a are identical to one another, a single shape is sufficient for their production.
  • Both shells 1 a have an approximately semicircular cross section (FIG. 4) and have a circumferential flange 1 b.
  • the flanges 1b of the shells 1a lie one on top of the other and enclose an approximately cylindrical space.
  • the flanges 1b have recesses 1c (FIG. 4) and pins 1d.
  • the recesses 1c and pin 1d are arranged such that after the shells 1a have been combined, the pins 1d of one shell 1aa engage in the recesses 1c of the other shell 1a and vice versa.
  • the pins 1d d are each deformed in their position of determination at the free end to form a rivet head which is arranged such that the two combined shells 1a can no longer be lifted from one another without destroying all the rivet heads.
  • Each of the shells has two radially molded chimneys 1e per pole, in each of which a contact piece 2 engages.
  • Each of the contact pieces 2 is bent once (FIG. 4) and inserted from the inside outwards until the inner bending edge abuts the inside of the associated shell 1a in the respective chimney 1e and is fixed against retraction.
  • the bent portions of the contact pieces 2 projecting into the cavity of the shells point to the shell axis (FIG. 4).
  • Movement of the contact pieces 2 in the insertion direction is prevented by the contact of their inner bending edge against the inside of the assigned shell 1a.
  • Each contact piece 2 is secured against retraction by a spring piece 3, which extends between the adjacent surfaces of the respective chimney 1e and the contact piece 2, and which engages in a recess (not shown) of the contact piece 2 and is folded over onto the head of the chimney 1e.
  • each shell 1a per pole can also be equipped with only one contact piece 2.
  • the chimney 1e associated with the one contact piece could be formed on the apex of the respective shell 1a in a manner not shown.
  • one contact piece 2 of the one shell 1a is assigned to the diagonally opposite contact piece 2 of the other shell 1a.
  • the mutually associated contact pieces 2 per pole can be connected by a current bridge.
  • the current bridges of all poles are carried by a shaft which can be rotated from a position O to a switch position EARTH and in the opposite direction to a switch position ON.
  • the switch position EARTH the mutually associated contact pieces 2 of a pole are connected to one another by the respective current bridge.
  • the ON position the other mutually associated contact pieces 2 of a pole are connected to each other by the respective current bridge.
  • it is a so-called three-position switch.
  • 1, 5 and 6 consists of two contact jaws 4, which are surrounded by two mutually identical brackets 5 (FIGS. 1 and 6), which grip the backs of the contact jaws 4 with their legs.
  • the contact jaws 4 protrude from the U-shaped brackets 5 and, as can be seen in FIG.
  • contact pressure springs 6 extend between the contact jaws 4 and the back of the contact jaws 4 and also serve to hold the contact jaws 4 and the bracket 5 together.
  • the shaft is composed of tubular bodies 7 made of insulating material and a driver 10 also made of insulating material.
  • One tubular body 7 is provided for each pole.
  • each tubular body 7 there is a circumferential bearing groove 7a with an inserted sliding ring 8 and an external toothing 7b in front of the bearing groove 7a (FIG. 2).
  • An internal toothing 7c is formed on the other end of each tubular body 7 (FIG. 3).
  • Each tubular body 7 also has two integrally formed wings 7d.
  • a cross tube 7e (FIGS. 2, 3 and 5) formed on the tubular body 7 projects into the plane of the wings 7d.
  • each cross tube 7e From the ends of each cross tube 7e, the respective wing 7d is divided into two halves, as can be seen in FIG. 5.
  • each cross tube 7e one of the current bridges consisting of parts 4, 5 and 6 is inserted in such a way that it cannot rotate, to the extent that the contact jaws 4 protrude between the halves of the wings 7d (FIG. 5).
  • the current bridges are secured against displacement from their desired position by shaped elements 9, one of which is captively attached to each half of the wings 7d.
  • An internal toothing of the likewise tubular driver 10 is fitted onto the external toothing 7b of the tubular body 7, which has no engagement at one end and has two recesses 10a in its free end face for the engagement of a drive shaft (not shown) (FIG. 1).
  • the driver 10 also has a bearing groove 10b which has a slide ring 8.
  • Each shell 1 has two end walls 1f and between each pole an intermediate wall 1g (FIG. 4), which in their position of determination together with an end wall 1f or an intermediate wall 1g of the other shell 1a form a boundary wall for a pole.
  • the intermediate walls 1g separate the poles from one another, while the end walls 1f close off the housing.
  • the end walls 1f and the intermediate walls 1g each have the shape of a half washer (FIG. 4).
