Claims (6)
- Dispositf pour la transmission d'une grande vitesse à un fil courant (5) au moyen d'une galette (3), tournant à une vitesse d'au moins 2500 m/min, et un rouleau de séparation (4), auquel le fil courant (5) est enfilé ainsi qu'un guide-fil (6), caractérisé en ce que la surface du rouleau de séparation (4) comporte une partie mate (a) et une partie polie (b).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie (a) est prévue dans le domaine de l'écoulement du fil.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie (a) est chromée mate ou est recouverte de céramique.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de la rugosité moyenne de la surface de la partie (a) se situe entre 2.0 et 2.2 micromètre.
- Procédé pour enfiler un fil corant au dispositif, suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le fil (5) est mis à l'aide du guide-fil (6) autour de la galette (3) et autour de la partie mate (a) du rouleau de séparation (4), cependant après avoir enlevé le quide-fil (6), le fil (5) continue sur la partie polie (b) du rouleau de séparation (4).
- Utilisation de la galette suivant les revendications 1 à 4 pour un filage rapide, un filage-étirage, un filage-étirage-rapide, un étirage, une texturation, un étirage-texturation, un filage-étirage-texturation ou pour un procédé de traitement thermique.
