Abstract
Das Tastenfeld hat auf einer Grundplatte (1) mit Leiter
bahnen (8, 9) Schaltkontakte (2, 3), die elektrisch mit den
Leiterbahnen verbunden sind. Eine Schaltfolie (5) besitzt
gegenüberiiegend und den Schaltkontakten zugewandt eine
Kontaktfläche (6), welche bei mechanischer Durchbiegung
der Schaltfolie die zugeordneten Schaltkontakte (2, 3) elek
trisch miteinander verbindet. Eine Zwischenisolationsschicht
(4) dient als Abstandhalter für die Schaltfolie (5) und trennt
somit auch die Kontaktfläche (6) von den Schaltkontakten (2,
3). Im Bereich der Schaltkontakte weist diese Zwischeniso
lationsschicht (4) Ausnehmungen (10) auf. Die Zwischeniso
lationsschicht (4) ist auf die Grundplatte aufgetragen, vor
zugsweise mittels Siebdrucktechnik.
