Definitions

  • Such shoes are popular because they provide good insulation against wet and cold, especially when natural products such as wood or cork are used.
  • the foot In order to prevent the described complaints or to alleviate existing pain, the foot must be raised from an orthopedic point of view where it needs support and be softly bedded where there are sensitive areas.
  • the present invention relates to a shoe bottom in which the disadvantages of hard materials are eliminated with the aid of soft, resilient materials, such as polyurethane foams, latex foams and the like.
  • the hard part (s) are designed on the foot side in such a way that orthopedically placed cavities are provided, which are then filled with soft, resilient materials. This can be done by injecting, pouring or gluing. This has the effect that the tread surface of the heel is soft, but the arch of the foot is well supported by the hard material from below, while the sensitive basic toe joints and the toe tips in turn rest on soft material.
  • the shoe bottom according to the invention is preferably produced in two phases. Materials are used which have very different degrees of hardness in the final state.
  • the hard floor parts are designed so that concave cavities on the foot side are filled with the soft, resilient materials, which can be done by injecting, pouring, gluing, vulcanizing. Tools and processes specially designed for this are used.
  • Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a shoe bottom according to the invention, wherein the hard part consists of one piece.
  • Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a shoe bottom according to the invention, the hard part of which consists of two pieces.
  • FIG. 1 top view of a floor according to FIG. 1
  • FIG. 2 top view of a floor according to FIG. 2
  • FIG. 5 foot-side view of a floor in one of different possible versions
