Abstract

Auf eine Umfangsfläche eines Körpers, insbesondere einer Trockenbatterie, aufschrumpfbares mehrschichtiges Haftetikett mit einer Trägerschicht für einen von außen sichtbaren, mit einer durchsichtigen Schutzschicht abgedeckten Augdruck, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine äußerste Schicht durch eine wenigstens axial gereckte, durchsichtige, aufkaschierte Folie aus schrumpfbarem Kunststoff gebildet ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haftetikett nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei bekannten Etiketten dieser Art besteht die Trägerschicht aus gerecktem, schrumpfbarem Kunststoff. Die Schutzschicht des Aufdrucks besteht aus einem glänzenden Lack. Eine solche Schutzschicht aus Lack kann den unter ihr befindlichen Aufdruck nicht stets zureichend schützen, auch nicht eine aufgedampfte Schicht, auf die der Aufdruck unter Regelung einer Primer-Schicht aufgedruckt ist. Insbesondere bei starken mechanischen Beanspruchungen, etwa in einem Batterieschacht, ist sogar gelegentlich eine Beschädigung möglich, die zu einer Entladung der Batterie führt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Haftetikett nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 anzugeben, das den Aufdruck und unter ihm befindliche Schichten besser schützt.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegeben. Danach übernimmt die Schutzfunktion die Folie aus schrumpfbarem Kunststoff. Diese Folie kann zusätzlich zu der bekannten Folie aus schrumpfbarem Kunststoff vorgesehen sein, die sich im Haftetikett befindet. Sie kann aber auch deren Funktion übernehmen. Im letztgenannten Fall kann der Träger, der sonst die Funktion der schrumpfbaren Kunststofffolie hat, gemäß Anspruch 3 aus Papier bestehen, wodurch das Etikett wesentlich verbilligt wird.
  • Eine besonders weite Umfassung des Körpers mit dem Haftetikett erhält man mit einer Ausbildung gemäß Anspruch 2.
  • Um den Träger ohne Schwierigkeit von einer Unterlage abnehmen zu können und das Haftetikett ohne Schwierigkeit auf einen Körper kleben zu können, ist bevorzugt eine Ausbildung gemäß Anspruch 4 vorgesehen.
  • In einer besonders einfachen Ausführungsform, die die Aufgabe der Erfindung löst, ist das Haftetikett gemäß Anspruch 5 ausgebildet. Einen besonders hohen Isolationsschutz erhält man bei einer Ausbildung gemäß Anspruch 6.
  • Eine andere, besonders einfache Ausführungsform mit hohem Isolationsschutz ist in Anspruch 8 angegeben.
  • Materialien, die sich bewährt haben, um die Aufgabe der Erfindung zu lösen, sind in den Ansprüchen 7 und 9 angegeben.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an Ausführungsbeispielen unter Hinweis auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen erläutert:
    • Fig. 1 zeigt eine erste Ausführungsform eines Haftetiketts im Querschnitt,
    • Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch das an sich bekannte Aufbringen eines solchen Haftetiketts auf den Körper einer Trockenbatterie,
    • Fig. 3 zeigt eine zweite Ausführungsform eines Haftetiketts im Querschnitt,
    • Fig. 4 zeigt eine dritte Ausführungsform eines Haftetiketts im Querschnitt,
    • Fig. 5 zeigt eine vierte Ausführungsform eines Haftetiketts im Querschnitt.
  • Das Haftetikett nach Fig. 1 befindet sich auf einer Unterlage 2, die mit einer klebstoffabweisenden Schicht 4, etwa aus Silicon, versehen ist. Auf der klebstoffabweisenden Schicht 4 befindet sich ablösbar ein unterseitig mit einer Haftklebstoffschicht 6 versehener Träger 8 aus Papier. Auf die Außenseite des Trägers 8 ist ein nur schematisch dargestellter Aufdruck 1o aufgebracht. Die mit dem Aufdruck 1o versehene Oberfläche ist von einer rückseitig mit einer Kaschierkleberschicht 12 versehenen Folie 14 aus gerecktem, schrumpfbarem Kunststoff abgedeckt. Diese Folie 14 steht an beiden Rändern 16, 18 über die unter ihr liegenden Schichten 6, 8, 10, 12 über. Das Etikett wird durch die Schichten 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 gebildet und vor dem Aufbringen auf einem Batteriekörper 2o (Fig. 2) auf die Unterlage 2, 4 abgelöst. Die axialen Abmessungen des Batteriekörpers 2o stimmen mit den Abmessungen der Schichten 6, 8 10, 12 des Etiketts nach Fig. 1 überein. Das Etikett wird nun so aufgebracht, daß die Folie 14 aus schrumpfbarem Kunststoff außen liegt und die Schicht 6 auf den Trockenbatteriekörper 2o geklebt wird. Ist das Etikett um den Körper 2o der Trockenbatterie rundum aufgeklebt, wird das Etikett und mit ihm der Körper 2o einer Wärmeeinwirkung ausgesetzt, die zur Folge hat, daß die Folie 14 schrumpft und sich dadurch die überstehenden Ränder 16, 18 fest an.den Randbereich der Stirnflächen des Körpers 2o anlegen.
  • Das Etikett nach Fig. 3 ist ähnlich aufgebaut wie das nach Fig. 1, jedoch mit zusätzlichen Schichten versehen. Diejenigen Schichten, die denen nach Fig. 1 entsprechen, sind mit den gleichen Bezugsziffern versehen wie die entsprechenden Schichten in Fig. 1. Anders als bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 befindet sich der Aufdruck 1o nicht auf dem Träger 8.Vielmehr ist der Träger 8 mit einer Aufdampfschicht 22 versehen, die außen eine Primer-Schicht 24 für den Aufdruck 1o trägt. Die Aufdampfschicht gibt dem Körper von außen ein metallisches Aussehen und bildet einen guten Kontrast für den Aufdruck 10.
  • Für Fig. 4 gilt hinsichtlich der Bezugsziffern das gleiche wie für Fig. 3. In diesem Fall ist jedoch auf die Außenfläche des Trägers 8 eine Folienschicht 26 aufgebracht, die rückseitig mit der Aufdampfschicht 22 und einer auf deren Rückseite befindlichen Kaschierkleberschicht 28 versehen ist. Dieses Etikett nach Fig. 4 zeichnet sich durch besonders hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit und besonders hohe Isolationseigen- schaften aus.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 5 befindet sich auf dem Träger 8 aus Kunststoff, durch eine Primer-Schicht 3o vermittelt, eine aufgedampfte Schicht 32 und auf dieser,durch eine Kaschierklebeschicht 36 vermittelt, eine außen mit einem Aufdruck 1o versehene durchsichtige Kunststoffolie 34. Auf den Aufdruck 1o ist mittels einer Kaschierkleberschicht 12 eine durchsichtige Folie 14 aufgebracht. Die Folien 8, 34 und 14 können - insbesondere gleichsinnig in Umfangsrichtung - gereckt sein. Im Fall der Fig. 5 hat die Folie 14,im Gegensatz zu den Ausführungsbeispielen nach den Fig. 1, 3 und 4, keinen Überstand in Umfangsrichtung.

Claims (9)

1. Auf eine Umfangsfläche eines Körpers, insbesondere einer Trockenbatterie, aufschrumpfbares mehrschichtiges Haftetikett mit einer Trägerschicht für einen von außen sichtbaren, mit einer durchsichtigen Schutzschicht abgedeckten Aufdruck, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine äußerste Schicht (14) durch eine wenigstens axial gereckte, durchsichtige,aufkaschierte Folie (14) aus schrumpfbarem Kunststoff gebildet ist.
2. Haftetikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufkaschierte Folie (14) bezüglich der Umfangsfläche axial über beide Ränder des Trägers (8) übersteht.
3. Haftetikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (8) aus Papier oder Hartpolyvinylchlorid (HPVC) besteht.
4. Haftetikett nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (8) rückseitig mit einer Haftklebstoffschicht (6) versehen ist.
5. Haftetikett nach.einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (8) vorderseitig mit einer aufgedampften Schicht (22) - vorzugsweise aus Aluminium -, darauf einer Primer-Schicht (24), darauf dem Aufdruck (10) und darauf der aufkaschierten Folie (14) versehen ist.
6. Haftetikett nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die aufgedampfte Schicht (22) auf der Rückseite einer auf den Träger aufkaschierten Kunststofffolie (26) befindet, die auf ihrer Vorderseite mit der Primer-Schicht (24) versehen ist.
7. Haftetikett nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffolie (26) aus - vorzugsweise 15 bis 3oµm starkem - Polypropylen (PP) oder aus - vorzugsweise 1o bis 15µm starkem - Polyäthylenterephthalat (PETP) besteht.

Haftetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (8) vorderseitig mit einer Primer-Schicht (3o), darauf einer aufgedampften Schicht (32) - vorzugsweise aus Aluminium -, darauf einer aufkaschierten, den Aufdruck (12) tragenden durchsichtigen Folie (34) - vorzugsweise aus Hartpolyvinylchlorid (HPVC) - und darauf mit der aufkaschierten Folie (14) versehen ist.
9. Haftetikett nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufkaschierte Folie (14) aus - vorzugsweise 1o bis 5o µm starkem - Hartpolyvinylchlorid (HPVC) besteht.
