Claims (6)

1. Procédé de traitement au mouillé et de séchage de bobines de fil textile, par
a) Mise en place des bobines de fil sur des porte-bobines d'un système de support,
b) Introduction du système de support chargé de bobines de fil dans une cuve de traitement au mouillé,
c) Traitement au mouillé des bobines de fil dans la cuve de traitement au mouillé,
d) Vidage du bain de traitement contenu dans la cuve de traitement au mouillé,
e) Transfert du système de support chargé de bobines de fil à partir de la cuve de traitement au mouillé dans une centrifugeuse,
f) Centrifugation des bobines de fil pour éliminer la quantité résiduelle de bains de traitement,
g) Traitement ultérieur au mouillé (rinçage avec de l'eau fraîche) des bobines de fil,
h) Nouvelle centrifugation pour éliminer la quantité résiduelle d'eau de rinçage, les phases g) et h) du procédé étant répétées plusieurs fois, i) Séchage des bobines de fil.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bobines de fil placées sur les porte-bobines sont déjà séchées pendant que les porte-bobines sont encore en place sur le système de support.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à la suite de la centrifugation après le dernier traitement ultérieur, les bobines de fil placées sur les porte-bobines sont séchées dans la centrifugeuse.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bobines de fil placées sur les porte-bobines ne sont séchées qu'après que les porte-bobines ont été préalablement retirés du système de support.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les bobines de fil placées sur les porte-bobines sont séchées par le fait que les porte-bobines passent successivement à travers un tunnel de séchage.
6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les porte-bobines et leur système de support sont amenés, au moyen d'un dispositif élévateur et transporteur commandé automatiquement, dans les postes de travail prévus pour l'exécution des différentes phases de traitement.
