  • the elastomer retainer 30 has a central bore 32 for inserting the extended end portion 25a, recesses 33 formed radially for holding the inner end portions 15c of the coil springs 15, retaining recesses 34 partially extended from the recesses 33 for retaining the inner end hooks 15b, a recess 35 for mounting the connecting piece 31 and holes 36 for engaging with connecting legs 40 of the connecting piece 31 as illustrated in Figs. 5 and 6, and the connecting piece 31 has a center bore 37 for inserting the extended end portion 25a of the drive shaft 25, retainer pressing upper portion 3, a spring seat 39 for a compression spring 46 and connecting legs 40 for engaging with the inner end hook 15b of the coil spring 15.

Claims (6)

1. Appareil distributeur de pièces de monnaie incluant une plaque de support (2) inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale, une trémie (5) montée sur la plaque de support (2) pour contenir une réserve de pièces de monnaie, un disque rotatif (6) supporté de manière à pouvoir tourner sur la plaque de support (2) dans la trémie (5), le disque rotatif (6) ayant dans sa partie centrale un disque central (9) d'un diamètre dépendant d'u diametre de la pièce de monnaie à distribuer et ayant à sa partie périphérique plusieurs saillies engageant les pieces de monnaie (8) espacées dans la direction périphérique, des moyens de support comprenant plusieurs billes (22) disposées entre la plaque de support (2) et la partie périphérique extérieure (6a) du disque rotatif (6) et espacées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction périphérique pour supporter, en rotation, le disque rotatif (6) sur la plaque de support (2), un arbre de commande (25) s'étendant à travers la plaque de support (2) et le disque rotatif (6) pour faire tourner le disque rotatif, des moyens de sollicitation, fixés à l'extrémité étendue de l'arbre de commande (25) par des moyens de jonction (31) pour solliciter de manière élastique le disque rotatif (6) vers la plaque de support (2), un couteau de distribution (10) fixé à la plaque de support (2), dont le bord supérieur d'un point (10a) de celui-ci est tangentiel à la périphérie supérieure du disque central (9), une chute de distribution (11) adaptée pour recevoir les pièces de monnaie en provenance du disque rotatif (6) au moyen du couteau de distribution (10), des moyens anti-doublage (14) pour commander le passage des pièces de monnaie dans la zone de distribution supérieure et des moyens d'agitation sur le disque central (9) pour agiter les pièces de monnaie dans la trémie (5), caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'agitation comprenant plusieurs ressorts à boudin (15) sont disposés de manière à s'étendre radialement par rapport à l'arbre de commande (25) sur le disque central (9), et en ce qu'une retenue élastomère (30) est montée sur le disque central pour retenir les parties d'extrémité intérieures (15c) des ressorts à boudin (15) de façon élastique et est reliée à l'état comprimé au disque rotatif (6) par lesdits moyens de jonction (31).
2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit couteau de distribution (10) est fait d'une plaque métallique plane ayant une partie de pointe de couteau mince (10a) d'une épaisseur correspondant à l'épaisseur de la pièce de monnaie à distribuer et une partie épaisse (51) comportant une gouttière (50) pour le passage desdites saillies engageant les pièces de monnaie (8) sur ledit disque rotatif.
3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite chute de distribution (11) consiste en une plaque latérale de guidage des pièces de monnaie (55) et une plaque latérale de couverture (56) espacée de la plaque latérale de guidage des pièces de monnaie qui est fixée à ladite plaque de support (2) de manière à positionner la surface intérieure (55a) de la plaque latérale de guidage des pièces de monnaie (55) au niveau de la surface (6b) dudit disque rotatif (6) ou à un niveau inférieur, et la surface intérieure (55a) de la plaque latérale de guidage des pièces de monnaie (55) présente une nervure de guidage (59) extrudée à partir de la surface (55a) à un niveau supérieur à celui de ladite saillie engageant les pièces de monnaie (8) sur ledit disque rotatif (6) et s'étendant dans la direction d'évacuation des pièces de monnaie.

Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens anti-doublage (14) sont faits d'une matière élastomère en feuille et sont suspendus au-dessus d'une paroi circonférentielle supérieure (19) de manière à recouvrir leur partie d'extrémité libre (14b) sur la surface supérieure de la partie périphérique (6a) du disque rotatif (6).
5. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chacun desdits ressorts à boudin (15) a un crochet d'extrémité intérieure (15b) fixé au disque central (9).
6. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens de jonction (31) ont plusieurs pattes de jonction (40) espacées dans la direction circonférentielle, grâce auxquelles ladite retenue élastomère (30), lesdits ressorts à boudin (15), ledit disque central (9) sont reliés audit 'disque rotatif (6) en une pièce.
