  • all-metal fasteners consist of a fastener body and a locking ring that has weakening zones due to notches or punched-outs. When the cap is unscrewed, the retaining ring is separated from the closure along the line of weakness and remains on the container mouth.

Claims (4)

1. Bague de sécurité pour des fermetures métalliques des bouteilles, des récipients à col large ou similaires comportant une enveloppe, une traverse d'ancrage (2) fixée à l'extrémité supérieure de l'enveloppe et une griffe de sécurité (5) fixée à l'extrémité inférieure de l'enveloppe, un collet (3) de la fermeture métallique (4) pouvant être bloqué dans la traverse d'ancrage (2) en cas de fermeture, caractérisée en ce que la traverse d'ancrage (2) est déformable eu égard à l'enveloppe, que la griffe de sécurité (5) est mobile eu égard à l'enveloppe et séparable de cette dernière, et que le mouvement de la griffe (5) vers le' bas est limité par une butée (6) formée par un prolongement de l'enveloppe.
2. Bague de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la griffe (5) est cunéiforme et comporte respectivement une face partielle horizontale et verticale, ces faces cunéiformes formant un angle droit au niveau de la ligne d'intersection.
3. Bague de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la griffe 5 est retenue de façon mobile par des traverses (7) au niveau de la ligne d'intersection.
4. Bague de sécurité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le nombre et l'épaisseur des traverses (7) sont choisis de telle manière que la griffe (5) est arrachée en cas de dévissage de la bague de sécurité.
