Abstract

Kartonverpackung für konische Behälter. Die Verpackung ist an ihren Stirnseiten offen und zum besseren Durchtritt von Kühlluft haben die Verpackungswände wenigstens im schmäleren Bereich der Behälter einen Abstand von diesen. Durch aus der dem schmäleren Behälterende zugeordneten Verpackungswand ausgestanzte Lappen werden die Behälter in der Verpackung gehalten.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung aus Karton für wenigstens einen, insbesondere konisch ausgebildeten Behälter, der an vier Seiten von Wänden der Verpackung umschlossen wird, die an ihren beiden Stirnseiten offen ist.
  • Für manche Füllguter ist es notwendig, daß die Behälter intensiv gekühlt werden, was aber mit den üblichen, der Behälterform angepaßten Verpackungen verhältnismäßig schwierig ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine allseitige Kühlung der Behälter erlaubt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Wände der Verpackung wenigstens annähernd rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind, und daß aus der der schmäleren Boden- oder Deckelseite des Behälters zugeordneten Boden-oder Deckwand der Verpackung Lappen ausgestanzt sind, die mit Abstand von den Seitenwänden angeordnet sind und ins Innere der Verpackung ragen und an den den Seitenwänden der Verpackung zugekehrten Wandabschnitten des Behälters angreifen.
  • Dadurch sind zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden der Verpackung und dem Behälter je ein Zwischenraum belassen, durch den Kühlluft durchtreten kann; gleichzeitig ist aber der Behälter durch die Lappen ausreichend gehalten.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es dabei, wenn erfindungsgemäß wenigstens vier Lappen vorgesehen sind, die schräg zur Verbindungslinie angelenkt sind und dadurch den Behälter von der offenen Stirnseite her abstützen.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Lappen wenigstens annähernd ellipsenförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die Längsachse der Ellipsen parallel zur Verbindungslinie mit der Seitenwand verläuft, und daß die von dieser Verbindungslinie abgewandte Hälfte des ellipsenförmigen Lappens aus der Boden- bzw. Deckwand ausgestanzt ist, während die der Verbindungslinie zugewandte Hälfte durch eine Rillinie von der umgebenden Fläche abgeteilt ist, wobei diese Rillinie einen Abstand von der Verbindungslinie aufweist.
  • Die ausgestanzte Hälfte des Lappens legt sich an die Außenseite des Behälters an und hält diesen in der Verpackung fest. Der Abstand von Rillinie und Verbindungslinie gewährleistet dabei einen Abstand der Seitenwand der Verpackung von der Wand des Behälters, so daß Kühlluft dort ungehindert durchtreten kann.
  • Eine sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß die Lappen durch jeweils eine senkrecht zur Verbindungslinie mit der Seitenwand verlaufende Schnittlinie in zwei Hälften unterteilt sind.
  • Dadurch ist ein noch besserer Halt der Behälter in der Verpackung gewährleistet.
  • Eine sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist auch dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Lappen aufweisende Boden- bzw. Deckwand in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt ist und durch eine Längsklebenaht oder dergleichen verschlossen ist, und daß jeder Teilabschnitt dieser Wand mit einer parallel zur Verbindungslinie mit der benachbarten Seitenwand verlaufenden Rillinie versehen ist, die durch den Lappen unterteilt ist, wobei dessen Längsachse wenigstens annähernd deckungsgleich mit dieser Rillinie verläuft.
  • Dadurch ist es möglich, die Lappen zuerst an die Innenseite der Seitenwände anzulegen, dann die Seitenwände an die Behälter zu falten und dann Boden- bzw. Deckwand-Abschnitte zwischen beiden herauszuziehen und miteinander zu verbinden.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt und
    • Fig. 2 eine Ansicht einer Verpackung aus dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Zuschnitt.
  • Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Kartonzuschnitt hat eine Deckwand 1, die durch Rillinien 2 und 3 sowie diese unterbrechende Schnittlinien 4 bzw. 5 begrenzt ist. An diese Deckwand 1 schließen zwei Seitenwände 6 und 7 an, die über die Rilllinien 2 und 3 mit der Deckwand verbunden sind. Ober als Biegelinien ausgebildete Verbindungslinien 8 und 9 ist an jeder der beiden Seitenwände ein Bodenwand - Abschnitt 10 bzw. 11 angelenkt, der jeweils durch eine Rillinie 12 bzw. 13 unterteilt ist. Diese Rillinien sind durch jeweils zwei ellipsenförmige Lappen 14 unterbrochen, die einerseits aus dem Bodenwand - Abschnitt entlang einer bogenförmig verlaufenden Schnittlinie 15 herausgestanzt und andererseits entlang einer ebenfalls bogenförmig verlaufenden Rillinie 16 an dem entsprechenden Bodenwand - Abschnitt angelenkt sind. Entlang ihrer Querachse, die senkrecht zur Verbindungslinie 8 bzw. 9 verläuft, ist jeder Lappen 14 mit einer Schnittlinie 17 versehen, welche die Lappen in zwei Hälften unterteilt.
  • Beim Herstellen der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Verpackung wird der Zuschnitt mit seiner Deckwand 1 auf die Deckelseite von zwei hintereinanderstehenden Behältern 20 (nur einer dargestellt) gelegt. Die durch die Schnittlinien 4 und 5 gebildeten Kanten der Deckwand sind dabei deckungsgleich mit den Kanten des Behälter-Flansches. Dann werden die Seitenwände 6 und 7 nach unten gefaltet und gleichzeitig die beiden Bodenwand - Abschnitte 10 und 11 um die Rillinien 12 und 13 nach oben zusammengelegt. Dabei stehen die Lappen 14 nach oben und können sich beim Annähern der Seitenwände an die Behälter an deren Außenwand anlegen. Daraufhin werden beide Bodenwand - Abschnitte wieder in ihren ebenen Zustand gebracht und an den Behälterboden angelegt. Beide BodenwandAbschnitte werden dann in ihrem überlappenden Bereich entlang einer Längsklebenaht 21 miteinander verbunden und damit wird die Verpackung verschlossen.
  • Es ist selbstverständlich auch möglich, die Längsklebenaht und die die Behälter haltenden Lappen an unterschiedlichen Wänden der Verpackung anzuordnen. Beispielsweise ist es bei kegelstumpfförmigen Behältern sinnvoll, die Lappen in der Deckwand vorzusehen. Der Verschluß der Verpackung kann dabei aber in einer der drei anderen Wände angeordnet sein.
  • Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, einteilige Lappen vorzusehen, deren Verbindungslinie mit der sie enthaltenden Verpackungswand dann allerdings schräg verlaufen muß, um die Behälter wenigstens nach der offenen Stirnseite der Verpackung abzustützen. Insbesondere bei Behältern, die an ihren Flanschen miteinander verbunden sind, kann eine derartige Ausgestaltung sinnvoll sein.

Claims (5)

1. Verpackung aus Karton für wenigstens einen,insbesondere konisch ausgebildeten Behälter, der an vier Seiten von Wänden der Verpackung umschlossen wird, die an ihren beiden Stirnseiten offen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wände der Verpackung wenigstens annähernd rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind, und daß aus der der schmäleren Boden- oder Deckelseite des Behälters (20) zugeordneten Boden-oder Deckwand(1 bzw.10,11) der Verpackung Lappen (14) ausgestanzt sind, die mit Abstand von den Seitenwänden (6,7) angeordnet sind und ins Innere der Verpackung ragen und an den den Seitenwänden der Verpackung zugekehrten Wandabschnitten des Behälters (20) angreifen.
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens vier Lappen vorgesehen sind, die schräg zur Verbindungslinie mit den Seitenwänden (6,7) angelenkt sind und dadurch den Behälter (20) von der offenen Stirnseite her abstützen.

Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lappen (14) wenigstens annähernd ellipsenförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die Längsachse der Ellipsen parallel zur Verbindungslinie (8,9) mit der Seitenwand (6 bzw. 7) verläuft, und daß die von dieser Verbindungslinie (8 bzw. 9) abgewandte Hälfte des ellipsenförmigen Lappens aus der Boden- bzw. Deckwand ausgestanzt ist, während die der Verbindungslinie zugewandte Hälfte durch eine Rillinie (16) von der umgebenden Fläche abgeteilt ist, wobei diese Rillinie einen Abstand von der Verbindungslinie (8 bzw. 9) aufweist.
4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lappen (14) durch jeweils eine senkrecht zur Verbindungslinie (8 bzw. 9) mit der Seitenwand (6 bzw. 7) verlaufende Schnittlinie (17) in zwei Hälften unterteilt sind.
5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1,2,3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Lappen (14) aufweisende Boden- bzw. Deckwand (1 bzw. 10,11) in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt ist und durch eine Längsklebenaht (21) oder dergleichen verschlossen ist, und daß jeder Teilabschnitt dieser Wand (10,11) mit einer parellel zur Verbindungslinie (8,9) mit der benachbarten Seitenwand (6,7) verlaufenden Rillinie (12,13) versehen ist, die durch den Lappen (14) unterteilt ist, wobei dessen Längsachse wenigstens annähernd deckungsgleich mit dieser Rilllinie verläuft.
