Claims (7)

1. Skischuh aus Kunststoff mit einer Schale (1) zur Aufnahme des Fußes (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der hintere Abschnitt (10) der Schale (1) einen starren, schwenkbaren Teil (11) aufweist, dessen Form an die Form des unteren rückwärtigen Teiles des Beines (7) angepaßt ist,
und daß die Rückseite des Schuhs Mittel (25 bis 31) umfaßt, die dazu vorgesehen sind, um den starren, schwenkbaren Teil (11) zur Vorderseite der Schale (1) hin zu drücken.
2. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der starre, schwenkbare Teil (11), dessen Form an die Form des unteren rückwärtigen Teiles des Beines (7) angepaßt ist, einstückig mit der Schale (1) und in einer Ebene (13) davon getrennt ist, die durch die Oberseite (30) des Fersenknochens (30) und die Ausbauchung des Malleolus lateralis (16) bis zur Rückseite dessen Ausbauchung (16) verläuft.
3. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der starre, schwenkbare Teil (11) an der Oberseite (19) und entlang seiner Symmetrieebene (21) eingeschlitzt ist.
4. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1 von der Art mit rückwärtiger Öffnung, der eine hintere Abdeckung (4) aufweist, die bei (5) auf der Schale (1) schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel, das dazu vorgesehen ist, um den starren, flexiblen Teil (11) zu drücken, auf der rückwärtigen Abdeckung (4) befestigt ist und diese durchdringt, um aus dem starren, schwenkbaren Teil (11) herauszukommen und durch eine Schraube (31) senkrecht zur hinteren Abdeckung (4) und diese durchdringend gebildet ist, wobei das Mittel aufweist :
an ihrem außerhalb der Abdeckung (4) angeordneten Ende (22) einen Betätigungsknopf ;
an ihrem inneren Ende (24) ein Profilstück (25), das lose drehbar auf diesem Ende (24) befestigt, der Form der Rückseite des Beines (7) angepaßt und dazu vorgesehen ist, um sich auf dem starren, schwenkbaren Teil (11) abzustützen.
5. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Drückbewegung des starren, schwenkbaren Teil (11) durch die Oberseite des Calcaneum (30) und durch die Ausbauchung (15) des Malleolus lateralis verläuft.
6. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zum Drücken des starren, schwenkbaren Teils (11) durch eine Reihe von Profilteilen (42) gebildet ist, die beim Spritzen ausgebildet wurden und auf der Innenseite der hinteren Abdeckung (4) angeordnet und dazu vorgesehen sind, um sich gegen die äußere Oberfläche (43) des starren, schwenkbaren Teils (11) abzustützen.
7. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zum Drücken durch zwei bewegliche Backen (47, 48) gebildet ist, die mittels einer Schraubverbindung mit gegenläufiger Gewindesteigung (49) verbunden sind, die von einem Betätigungsknopf (50) gesteuert ist, der beiderseits der Seiten (45, 46) des starren, schwenkbaren Teils (11) angeordnet ist.
