Claims (4)

1. Skischuh aus Kunststoff in der Ausführung mit einer Schale (1) zur Aufnahme des Fusses (8), deren Hinterteil (10) einen versteiften, eingeformten Abschnitt (11) aufweist, der an die Gestaltung der hinteren rückwärtigen Seite des Beines (7) angespasst ist, wobei der genannte Abschnitt gelenkartig und biegsam auf dessen Grundplatte zur Verbindung mit der Schale (1) angeordnet wird und mit Bezug auf die Verbindungsebene (21) zwei symmetrischen Einkerbungen (13) aufweist, indem der Hinterteil des Schuhs mit einem Mittel (25 - 31) zum Schieben dieses versteiften Abschnittes (11) nach der Vorderseite der Schale (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet :
- dass der besagte versteifte Abschnitt (11) an der Höhe des Fersenknochens (12, 30) gelenkig angeordnet ist und bis nach hinten der Ausbauchung (15) der Malleolus lateralis verläuft;
- dass die zweie symmetrischen Einkerbungen (13) in einer zur Verbindungsebene (21) winkelrechten Ebene vorgesehen sind, die sich durch den Oberteil (30) des Fersenknochens (12) und die Ausbauchung der Malleolus lateralis (15) erstreckt ;
- und dass der Oberteil (19) des biegsamen, versteiften Abschnittes (11) eine V-förmige Einkerbung (20) aufweist, die entlang der Verbindungsebene (21) vorgesehen ist.
2. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, in der Ausführung mit einer Hinteröffnung, und mit einer bei (5) auf der Schale (1) gelenking angeordneten Hinterabdeckung (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Schieben des biegsamen, versteiften Abschnittes (11) auf dieser Hinterabdeckung (4) befestigt ist und sich durch dieselbe hindurch erstreckt, um entgegensesetzt dem besagten biegsamen, Versteiften Abschnitt (11) heraus zutreten und aus einer die Hinterabdeckung (4) senkrecht durchsetzenden Schraube (31) besteht, wobei des genannte Mittel die folgenden Einrichtungen aufweist :
- einen Betätigungsknopf (23), der an dem ausserhalb der Abdeckung (4) befindlichen Ende (22) dieses Mittels vorgesehen ist;
- und an dem inneren Ende (24) dieses Mittels, ein Profilstück (25), das lose drehbar auf diesem Ende (24) befestigt, der Gestaltung der Rückseite des Beines (7) angespasst und dazu vorgesehen ist, um sich auf den biegsamen, versteiften Abschnitt (11) abzustützen.
3. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Schieben des biegsamen, versteiften Abschnittes (11) aus einer Vielzahl von eingespritzten, auf der Innenseite der Hinterabeckung (4) befindlichen Aufrauhungen (42) besteht, die zum Abstützen gegen die äussere Oberfläche (43) des biegsamen, versteiften Abschnittes (11) vorgesehen sind.
4. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Schieben aus zweien beweglichen Backen (47,48) besteht, die mit einer eine gegenläufige Gewindesteigung aufweisenden Schraube (49) zusammenwirken, die von einem beiderseits der seitlichen Flächen (45, 46) des biegsamen, versteiften Abschnittes (11) Betätigungskopf (50) gesteuert wird.
