the rotor 12 carries a locking cam or bolt 13 which, in the locking position of the lock 9 (FIG. 1 and dotted line in FIG. 2), passes through an opening or recess 14 in the housing 10 through the holes 7 and 8 of the handles 5 and 6 of the sliders, which can therefore no longer be moved.
