Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour éjecter les pièces estampées de la matrice dans une presse de formage, comportant un éjecteur (2) mobile dans la matrice (6) et un levier d'entraînement (18) couplé à l'entraînement (16, 19) de la presse (1) et couplé à l'éjecteur (2) par un mécanisme articulé (8, 23, 24, 26, 27), ce mécanisme comportant un segment (23) réglable en position sur une glissière en arc de cercle (22) du levier d'entraînement (18), au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage (28), et agencé pour être bloqué et libéré au moyen d'un élément de blocage (34), et au moins un couplage (27) entre le segment (23) et l'éjecteur (2), caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (36) prévue sur la glissière en arc de cercle (22) pour l'appui du segment (23) et la surface opposée (37) prévue sur le segment (23) présentent des courbures superficielles différentes (rayons 38, 29), ladite surface opposée (37) étant usinée avec un rayon (38) légèrement plus petit que celui de la surface d'appui (36), en ce qu'un élément de blocage (34) est disposé sur le segment (23) et mobile avec lui et comporte une pièce de blocage (47) qui bloque le segment (23) sur la glissière (22), en ce qu'avec l'utilisation de plusieurs éléments de blocage (34) disposés à distance les uns des autres sur le segment (23) et mobiles avec le segment (23), et pourvus de pièces de blocage (47) susceptibles d'être bloquées sur la glissière (22), ladite surface opposée (37) est pressée contre la surface d'appui de la glissière (22) avec une déformation élastique du segment (23), et en ce que chacun des éléments de blocage utilisés (34) est pourvu de moyens de commande pour un mouvement de blocage et de libération.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de blocage (34) pourvu de moyens de commande du genre d'un vérin a pression de fluide est disposé sur le segment (23) à chaque emplacement de blocage, le piston (44) du vérin ayant un prolongement pourvu d'une tête (48) en forme d'ancre, susceptible d'être bloquée sur le levier d'entraînement (18) dans une rainure (41) de ladite glissière (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un vérin à pression de fluide (34) est ménagé dans le segment (23) à chaque emplacement de blocage et comporte une chambre cylindrique (42) formée par le segment (23), une plaque de fermeture (43) amovible et obturant la chambre cylindrique (42), un piston (44) mobile dans la chambre cylindrique (42) et susceptible de recevoir une pression, et un boulon (47) inséré dans le piston (44) et agencé pour être fixé au piston (44) avec une tête (48) en forme d'ancre, susceptible d'être bloquée sur le levier d'entraînement (18) dans une rainure (41) de ladite glissière (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite glissière (22) destinée au segment (23) a un tracé en arc de cercle dont le centre se trouve au point d'articulation (26) de l'élément de couplage (27) sur l'éjecteur (2) ou, en cas d'interposition d'un levier d'éjecteur (8), sur le levier d'éjecteur (8) quand celui-ci est dans une position de fin de course, caractérisé en ce que ladite glissière (22) est prolongée au-delà de la zone du point de pivotement (14) du levier d'entraînement (18), et en ce que, dans une position du segment (23), le point d'articulation (26) de l'élément de couplage (27) sur l'éjecteur (2) ou, le cas échéant, sur le levier d'éjecteur (8), le point d'articulation (24) sur le segment (23) et le point de pivotement (14) du levier d'entraînement (18) sont alignés sur une droite (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de blocage respectifs (34) sont disposés des deux côtés du point d'articulation (24) de l'élément de couplage (27) sur le segment (23) et sont espacés l'un de l'autre dans la direction longitudinale du segment (23).
