Claims (6)

1. Appareil pour la texturation de fils de filaments continus, à l'aide de médias d'écoulement rechauffés, ayant
- une partie d'introduction de fil (2) pour l'aspiration du fil,
- une partie de traitement (4) qui lui fait suite, avec une chambre de traitement (7) pour rechauffer le fil,
- et une partie de frisage (8) faisant suite à la partie de traitement (4) et comportant une buse dite à fentes, dans laquelle les fils rechauffés sont comprimés pour former une frisure dans les fils,
- appareil dans lequel la buse à fentes est pourvue de lamelles (10) formant les fentes, qui possèdent une section essentiellement rectangulaire et qui sont orientées avec une de leurs faces étroites en forme de rayons vers le fil accumulé,

caractérisé par le fait que
chaque lamelle (10) est une partie de fer plat qui est arrondie et polie sur la face frontale de guidage de fil (39), et que la face frontale arrondie possède au minimum une valeur de rugosité Ra de 0,2 µ.
2. Appareil selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la face frontale arrondie (39) possède un rayon qui correspond essentiellement à la moitié de l'épaisseur de la lamelle (10).
3. Appareil selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les lamelles (10) sont pourvues de renforcements, orientés dans le sens longitudinal et qui augmentent la résistance à la flexion, dans la zone de la face étroite tournant le dos au fil.
4. Appareil selon revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le renforcement est une moulure (36) qui s'étend essentiellement sur toute la longueur de la lamelle (10).
5. Appareil selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les lamelles (10) possèdent un arrondi par foulage sur la face frontale de guidage de fil.
6. Appareil selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la face frontale arrondie (39) possède une valeur de rugosité Ra de 0,4 u.
