Claims (10)

1. Bâtiment pourvu d'un regard de distribution (4) préfabriqué pour les conduits d'utilités publiques (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 25, 26), lequel regard de distribution (4) se trouve à l'intérieur du bâtiment et se caractérise en ce qu'il est étanche au gaz et à l'eau, qu'il est accouplé à une conduite transversale d'amenée (5) pour les conduits d'utilités publiques (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 25, 26), laquelle conduite d'amenée est également étanche au gaz et à l'eau, est guidée jusqu'au-delà des limites (3) du bâtiment et est accouplée au regard de distribution (4) d'une façon assurant l'étanchéité au gaz et à l'eau, ainsi qu'en ce que les conduits d'utilités publiques (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 25, 26) se trouvant dans la conduite d'amenée (5) sont guidés à l'extérieur vers l'extrémité de la conduite d'amenée (5), laquelle extrémité se trouve au-delà des limites (3) du bâtiment, d'une façon qui assure l'étanchéité au gaz et à l'eau.
2. Bâtiment selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'amenée (5) est préfabriquée ensemble avec le regard de distribution (4) et qu'il est possible de raccorder une ou plusieurs rallonges à la conduite d'amenée (5) d'une façon assurant l'étanchéité au gaz et à l'eau, par exemple au moyen de brides.
3. Bâtiment selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la conduite d'amenée (5), laquelle extrémité se trouve à l'extérieur du bâtiment, est pourvue d'une obturation qui est étanche au gaz et à l'eau et dans laquelle ont été réalisées des ouvertures de passage de nature permanente, lesquelles ouvertures de passage sont étanches au gaz et à l'eau et auxquelles peuvent être raccordés les conduits d'utilités publiques (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 25, 26) se trouvant à l'extérieur du bâtiment.
4. Bâtiment selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'obturation consiste en un couvercle (27) séparable qui se rattache à la conduite d'amenée (5) d'une façon assurant l'étanchéité au gaz et à l'eau.
5. Bâtiment selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le dessus du regard de distribution (4) est pourvu d'une obturation (13) qui est étanche au gaz et à l'eau et dans laquelle se trouvent des ouvertures de passage pour les conduits d'utilités publiques (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 25, 26) allant à un placard à compteurs (14) qui est placé au-dessus du regard de distribution (4).
6. Bâtiment selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le regard de distribution (4) est pourvu d'au moins un tuyau chemisé (20) supplémentaire, qui sort en travers du regard de distribution (4), qui est étanche au gaz et à l'eau et qui sert à contenir les conduits intérieurs (23, 24) allant du placard à compteurs (14) aux points destinés à la consommation.
7. Bâtiment selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il forme toujours un seul ensemble, quelle que soit la façon de sa préfabrication.
8. Bâtiment selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système tout entier des conduits d'utilités publiques (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 25, 26), du point à l'extérieur du bâtiment jusqu'aux points destinés à la consommation, est étanche au gaz et à l'eau.
9. Bâtiment selon la revendication 1, ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'amenée (5) peut être pourvue de cloisons qui la divisent en sections, dont chacune sert à un autre conduit d'utilité publique.
10. Bâtiment selon la revendication 1, 2, ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'amenée (5) dépasse les limites (3) du bâtiment d'au moins 50 cm.
