Claims (8)

  1. Branchement domestique multibranches pour des lignes de branchement domestique d'électricité (17) et/ou de gaz (3) et/ou d'eau (4) et/ou de télécommunication (15) entre les conduites d'alimentation (par exemple 1 ou 2) ou les câbles d'alimentation dans les aires publiques (rue, chemins) et l'installation domestique, les lignes de branchement domestique (3, 4, 15 et 17) ou les câbles de branchement domestique étant posés dans une tranchée ou un forage de l'aire publique jusqu'à l'intérieur de l'immeuble à travers au moins un forage dans le mur de l'immeuble (11) ou la dalle de sol de l'immeuble, un tube de protection (5) étant disposé et étanchéifié dans l'au moins un forage et une niche ou une armoire (21) étant prévue dans la zone de l'embouchure de l'au moins un tube de protection (5) à l'intérieur de l'immeuble dans laquelle sont disposés les compteurs (13, 14, 19), des coffrets de raccordement et similaires et avec laquelle l'installation domestique ainsi que les lignes de branchement domestique peuvent être raccordées, caractérisé en ce que
    - un faisceau de tubes de protection (5) est prévu dans la tranchée ou dans le forage entre l'aire publique et l'immeuble en fonction du nombre souhaité et des branches de branchements domestiques, posé simultanément et recouvert de remblais après la pose, dans lequel les lignes de branchement domestique (3, 4, 5 et 17) et les câbles de raccordement peuvent être introduits et raccordés aux lignes d'alimentation (par exemple 1 et 2) ou aux câbles d'alimentation et ils peuvent être munis de garnitures d'étanchéité à l'extrémité des tubes de protection (5) à l'intérieur de l'immeuble et/ou dans la zone des aires publiques,
    - qu'un forage unique est prévu dans le mur extérieur de l'immeuble (11) ou dans la dalle de sol de l'immeuble,
    - qu'une arrivée d'immeuble (10) est introduite et rendue étanche dans ce forage, laquelle est adapté au forage du point de vue de ses dimensions extérieures et présente un nombre souhaité de buses de tube de protection (7) en fonction des branches prévues des branchements domestiques et
    - que les tubes de protection (5) sont munis de manchons étanches sur les buses de tube de protection (7) à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.
  2. Branchement domestique multibranches selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arrivée d'immeuble (10) est montée dans une position telle, notamment une position pivotante dans le mur extérieur de l'immeuble (11) ou dans la dalle de sol de l'immeuble, que les tubes de protection (5) ou les buses de tube de protection (7) ou encore les lignes de branchement domestique (3, 4, 5 et 17) ou les câbles de branchement domestique qui sont montés sur ceux-ci correspondent aux positions prémontées des compteurs (13, 14, 19) ou des coffrets de raccordement dans la niche ou dans l'armoire (21).
  3. Branchement domestique multibranches selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la niche ou sur le mur intérieur de l'immeuble est fixé un cadre de base sur lequel sont fixés, plus précisément prémontés les compteurs (13, 14, 19), les branchements domestiques et similaires.
  4. Branchement domestique multibranches selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de base (23) présente au moins deux parties de cadre (24, 25) qui sont montées l'une à côté de l'autre, de préférence l'une au-dessus de l'autre.
  5. Branchement domestique multibranches selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de cadre supérieure (25) s'appuie sur la partie de cadre inférieure (24), notamment au moyen de liaisons enfichables.
  6. Branchement domestique multibranches selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de cadre inférieure (24) présente un espace libre (26), de préférence dans la zone du coin inférieur gauche, dans lequel débouchent les lignes de branchement domestique et les câbles de branchement domestique regroupés dans l'arrivée d'immeuble (10).
  7. Branchement domestique multibranches selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur la partie de cadre inférieure (24) sont fixés le coffret de raccordement (29) pour l'alimentation électrique, le compteur de gaz (13) et le régulateur de gaz (12), le compteur d'eau (14) et éventuellement un filtre à eau (14a), notamment sur des étriers de maintien normalisés.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un branchement domestique multibranches selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    - réalisation d'un forage unique dans le mur extérieur de l'immeuble (11) ou dans la dalle de sol de l'immeuble,
    - introduction et étanchéification d'une arrivée d'immeuble (10) dans ce forage, l'arrivée d'immeuble étant adaptée au forage du point de vue de ses dimensions extérieures et présentant un nombre souhaité de buses de tube de protection (7) en fonction du nombre de branches prévues des branchements domestiques,
    - pose simultanée d'un faisceau de tubes de protection (5) en fonction du nombre souhaité et des branches de branchements domestiques dans une tranchée ou dans un forage entre l'aire publique et l'immeuble,
    - pose de manchons pour étanchéifier les tubes de protection (5) sur les buses de tube de protection (7) à l'extérieur de l'immeuble et remplissage de la tranchée ou du forage dans la zone privée,
    - introduction des lignes de branchement domestique (3, 4, 15 et 17) et des câbles de branchement domestique correspondants dans les tubes de protection (5) et dans l'arrivée d'immeuble (10) et raccordement de ceux-ci aux lignes d'alimentation (par exemple 1 et 2) ou aux câbles d'alimentation et à l'installation domestique,
    - étanchéification des lignes de branchement domestique (3, 4, 15 et 17) et des câbles de branchement domestique à l'extrémité des tubes de protection (5) à l'intérieur de l'immeuble et/ou dans la zone des aires publiques et
    - relevé des cotes et documentation des lignes de branchement domestique (3, 14, 15 et 17) et remplissage des trous de tête ou des tranchées restantes dans l'aire publique.
