Claims (4)

1. Dispositif placé sur une machine d'emballage pour la formation de groupes d'objets discoïdes, en particulier de biscuits, disposés sur chant, qui peuvent être amenés, horizontalement, au moyen d'un premier organe de transport (4), individuellement à un second organe de transport (5) en forme de roue comportant une pluralité d'entraîneurs (9) et, après une rotation du second organe de transport (5) au moins approximativement d'un quart de cercle, sont amenés par lesdits entraîneurs (9) sur un canal collecteur (11), et les entraîneurs (9) sont articulés au second organe de transport (5) de façon à pouvoir effectuer une rotation limitée, pour être amenés par pivotement dans une position inactive, lorsque le point de décharge est atteint dans le canal collecteur (11) en dehors de celui-ci et comportant de premiers organes de prise (14, 15) pour déplacer un premier groupe (12) d'objets disposés verticalement formé sur le canal collecteur (11), caractérisé par de seconds organes de prise (16, 17) pour le transport simultané du premier groupe (12) d'objets déplacé par les premiers organes de prise (14, 15), en même temps qu'au moins un second groupe (13) subséquent, jusqu'à un point transfert (18), pour le transfert à un troisième organe de transport (25), la vitesse de translation du second organe de prise (16, 17) étant supérieure à celle du premier organe de prise (14, 15).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier organe de prise est formé par deux fourches (14, 15) disposées latéralement par rapport au canal col lecteur (11), mobiles d'une part transversalement à celui-ci et, d'autre part, dans sa direction longitudinale.
3.Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le second organe de prise comprend au moins deux doigts de transport (16, 17) fixés sur un bras de levier (31), pouvant être déplacés d'une part du haut en direction du canal collecteur (11) et dans une direction d'éloignement de celui-ci et, d'autre part, parallèlement à celui-ci.
4. Procédé pour faire fonctionner le dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 pour la formation de groupes d'objets discoïdes, en particulier de biscuits, disposés sur chant, qui peuvent être amenés horizontalement au moyen d'un premier organe de transport (4), individuellement à un second organe de transport (5) en forme de roue comportant une pluralité d'entraîneurs (9) et, après une rotation du second organe de transport (5) au moins approximativement d'un quart de cercle, sont amenés par lesdits entraîneurs (9) sur un canal collecteur (11), les entraîneurs (9) du second organe de transport (5) étant articulés à celui-ci de façon à pouvoir effectuer une rotation limitée, pour être amenés par pivotement dans une position inactive, lorsque le point de décharge est atteint dans le canal collecteur (11), en dehors de celui-ci, de premiers organes de prise (14, 15) transférant chaque fois un groupe (12) d'un nombre d'objets dénombré sur le canal collecteur, caractérisé en ce que de seconds organes de prise (16, 17) qui sont déplacés à une vitesse de translation supérieure à la vitesse de translation des premiers organes de prise (14, 15) amènent au moins deux groupes (12, 13) se trouvant sur le canal collecteur (11) en même temps à un point de transfert (18) pour les transférer simultanément sur un troisième organe de transport (25).
