Claims (3)

1. Installation pour la formation de piles faites de plusieurs produits individuels plats en papier, en ouate de cellulose ou analogues, les produits individuels étant superposés en sous-piles (3) lesquelles sont amenées à une certaine distance les unes des autres au moyen d'un système à tapis transporteur (1, 2) vers un dispositif d'empilage muni d'un dispositif d'expulsion (4, 5) à effet vertical disposé au-dessus du système à tapis transporteur, tandis que ledit système à tapis transporteur (1, 2) est constitué, au moins dans la. zone du dispositif d'expulsion (4, 5), de plusieurs tapis individuels se déplaçant parallèlement disposés de telle sorte que les sous-piles (3) sont saisies sur des zones marginales étroites et se trouvent comprimées par le dispositif d'expulsion (4, 5) à travers l'ensemble du système à tapis transporteur (1, 2) dans une cassette collectrice disposée sous le système à tapis transporteur, cassette qui possède un fond (6) pouvant être abaissé sur commande, ainsi qu'un dispositif de sortie (20a-20d) à effet horizontal qui fait sortir la pile finie (7) de la cassette collectrice en la poussant en direction d'un dispositif de réception, tandis que le fond (6) de la cassette s'abaisse dans un premier temps et, après une immobilisation pendant laquelle la pile (7) est expulsée, remonte, caractérisé par le fait que l'abaissement du fond (6) de la cassette s'effectue au moyen d'un moteur pas à pas (11) qui est commandé par un dispositif de commande électronique (17) contenant un microprocesseur de telle sorte que tout d'abord l'abaissement du fond (6) de la cassette s'effectue pas à pas le nombre et la longueur de ces pas étant prédéterminés et que l'abaissement résiduel a lieu ensuite jusqu'au niveau du plan de transport (8) en direction du dispositif de réception, tandis que les signaux de commande pour chacun des pas sont générés par une commande d'approche (14) actionnée par le dispositif d'expulsion (4, 5) et les signaux de commande pour l'abaissement résiduel et la remontée par des commandes d'approche (15 et 16) actionnées par le dispositif de sortie (20a-20d).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le fond (6) de la cassette est disposé sur une tige-levier (9) montée dans un roulement à billes (10), tige-levier dont l'extrémité inférieure est reliée à une courroie crantée (12) qui tourne à une distance prédéterminée de ladite tige-levier (9) parallèlement à cette dernière et qui est entraînée par le moteur pas à pas (11).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de sortie est muni d'une paire de chaînes de transport (19) disposée perpendiculairement au système à tapis transporteur (1, 2) dont la partie extrême avant est placée sous la cassette collectrice (6) et par le fait que sous ladite paire de chaînes de transport (19) sont disposés des tocs d'entraînement (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) qui font sortir la pile finie (7) de la cassette collectrice (6) jusqu'au plan de transport (8), chacun des tocs d'entraînement (20a à 20b) actionnant tout d'abord sur son trajet un premier interrupteur d'approche (15) disposé immédiatement avant la cassette collectrice afin de déclencher l'abaissement résiduel et actionnant ensuite un deuxième interrupteur d'approche (16) disposé derrière la cassette collectrice en vue de déclen- - cher la remontée du fond de la cassette.
