Claims (16)

1. Découpe pour réaliser un plateau divisible, faite d'une seule pièce en matériau pliable, consistant en un fond (1) auquel sont articulées des parois frontales et latérales (2, 3) qui se font respectivement face, chaque paroi latérale (3) portant à son bord longitudinal (4) opposé au fond (1) une plaque perforée (5) qui présente des évidements (6) pour recevoir de manière stable des récipients ou analogues, a une largeur correspondant sensiblement à la demi-largeur du fond, et présente dans la région de son bord longitudi- rial opposé à la paroi latérale (3) des languettes supports de couvercle (7) repliables à 90°, tandis que dans chaque paroi frontale (2) et au milieu de celle-ci est prévue une patte de déchirage (10), ces pattes étant alignées l'une avec l'autre ainsi qu'avec un affaiblissement de section traversant le fond (1) en son milieu, caractérisée en ce que les pattes de déchirage (10) se raccordent à une entaille longitudinale (11) du fond qui forme l'affaiblissement de section précité et à partir de laquelle sont découpées deux bandes de fixation (12) pouvant être dressées par pliage à 90° chacune dans des directions opposées, et destinées aux languettes de support de couvercle dont la hauteur correspond à celle des parois latérales (3).
2. Découpe conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les pattes de déchirage (10) s'étendent par une partie (10a) jusque dans le fond (1).
3. Découpe conforme à la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la partie de fond (10a) de chaque patte de déchirage (10) se rétrécit vers la fente longitudinale (11) du fond, qui est plus étroite.
4. Découpe conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que chaque languette (7) de support de couvercle est découpée dans un évidement (6)-prévu dans la région du bord libre.

7. Découpe conforme à l'une des revendications -précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (3) forment des appuis d'empilage (20) dans leur région frontale.
8. Découpe conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de chaque plaque perforée (5) est légèrement supérieure à la demi-largeur du fond.
9. Plateau réalisé à partir d'une découpe conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que :
a) chaque bande de fixation (12) pliée vers le haut est collée aux extrémités inférieures des languettes de support de couvercle (7) de la plaque perforée (5) qui lui est superposée,
b) les plaques perforées (5) se chevauchent dans la région longitudinale médiane (21) et y reposent librement l'une sur l'autre,
c) les languettes de collage (14) articulées aux bords frontaux (13) des plaques perforées (5) viennent coiffer les parois frontales (2) et sont collées contre la face extérieure de celles-ci.
10. Plateau conforme à la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (18), en forme de crochet, d'une languette support de fond (15) fait saillie par une tête arrondie (22) à travers l'entaille de verrouillage (19) en forme de trapèze de la plaque perforée (5), s'appuie contre le côté parallèle le plus court de ladite entaille et repose sur la plaque perforée (5) par un cran antirecul (23).
11. Plateau conforme à l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les languettes de support de fond (15) se dressent perpendiculairement respectivement aux languettes de support de couvercle (7) et aux bandes de fixation (12).
12. Plateau conforme à l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de chaque languette de support de couvercle (7) est collée contre la bande de fixation correspondante (12), du côté de celle-ci qui est opposé à la fente longitudinale du fond (11).
13. Plateau conforme à l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le bord longitudinal libre de la plaque perforée inférieure (5) repose contre les languettes de support de couvercle (7) de la plaque perforée supérieure (5) dans la région de chevauchement (21).
14. Plateau conforme à la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la région de chevauchement (21) est légèrement plus étroite que la fente longitudinale (11) du fond.
15. Plateau conforme à l'une des revendications 9 à 14, caractérisé en ce que chaque patte de déchirage (10) se trouve immédiatement entre deux languettes de collage (14).
