Claims (10)
- Installation de lavage pour traiter des bandes de matière tissée et tricotée pour leur lavage par dissolution, dans laquelle la bande de matière (13) est guidée à travers une enceinte (10) qui est fermée à l'exception d'une ouverture d'entrée (11) et d'une ouverture de sortie (12) prévues pour le passage de la bande de matière qui défile à travers l'enceinte sur des rouleaux de renvoi (34, 35) en formant des boucles à branches sensiblement verticales, caractérisée,a) en ce que l'enceinte (10) comporte des sections de traitement, et en ce que, sur une partie de faible longueur (16) de la section de traitement, entre deux rouleaux de renvoi (14, 15) disposés dans un plan horizontal, un bloc d'injection (18) est disposé au-dessus de la bande de matière (13) de manière à se trouver enfoncé dans une partie de faible longueur de la bande de matière (13), celle-ci constituant en cet endroit un récipient plat et se trouvant appliquée par dessous contre le bloc d'injection (18),b) en ce qu'on envoie sous pression un liquide de traitement dans la bande de matière (13), par l'intermédiaire du bloc d'injection (18) qui est raccordé au refoulement d'une pompe de liquide (17),c) en ce qu'un bac de recueil (19) est disposé sous le bloc d'injection (18) du côté de la face inférieure de la bande de matière et à l'aplomb du bloc d'injection (18),d) en ce que le bac de recueil (19) comporte une tuyauterie d'évacuation (20) pour le liquide de traitement extrait sous pression de la bande de matière, afin d'envoyer ce liquide dans un récipient collecteur (25), d'où le liquide de traitement est aspiré par la pompe (17) et ramené en partie au bloc d'injection (18) par la tuyauterie de refoulement (24) de la pompe (17), tandis que le reste du liquide est envoyé à un récipient collecteur (25) disposé en amont, circulant ainsi dans un sens opposé au sens de défilement de la bande de matière (13),e) et en ce qu'on fait arriver un débit de liquide de traitement neuf dans le dernier bloc d'injection, du côté où la bande de matière sort de l'enceinte, le liquide de traitement déjà utilisé étant envoyé dans un bloc d'injection disposé en amont.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les faces de glissement prévues pour les bandes de matière (13) sur les blocs d'injection (18) sont garnies de Téflon.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de la zone d'injection des blocs d'injection (18) est réglable.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte (10) est constituée par une étuve de traitement à la vapeur sans air, pourvue à sa partie inférieure d'ouvertures d'entrée (11) et de sortie (12) pour le passage de la bande de matière (13).
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un appareil d'essorage (21) pour la bande de matière (13) est prévu en aval de l'enceinte (10), le liquide de traitement extrait de la bande de matière à l'endroit de cet appareil étant renvoyé dans le débit du liquide de traitement sortant de la dernière section, pour être mélangé avec celui-ci.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, sur les rouleaux de renvoi (15) situés en amont des parties où la bande de matière défile à l'horizontale, des rouleaux légers supplémentaires d'essorage ou de séparation (22).
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte dans l'enceinte (10), en amont du premier poste de lavage, des gicleurs de nettoyage (23) disposés en regard des deux faces de la bande de matière (13) pour enlever les débris de fils.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les tuyauteries de refoulement (24) des pompes (17) qui alimentent les blocs d'injection (18) en liquide de traitement sont reliées à des dispositifs de chauffage.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les récipients collecteurs (25) des pompes de circulation (17) du liquide de traitement sont disposés au-dessus de ces pompes.
- Installation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la surface du liquide de traitement contenu dans les récipients collecteurs (25) est de préférence recouverte par des billes flottantes.
