Abstract

Brosche, bestehend aus einem an der Vorderseite eines Stoffes anbringbaren Basiskörper (1) und einem an der Rückseite des Stoffes anbringbaren Haltekörper (6), der Federelemente zum Umgreifen des Basiskörpers aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basiskörper (1) fassungslos ist und der Haltekörper aus einem der Außenkontur eines U-Profils folgenden, in sich geschlossenen Drahtstück gebogen ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brosche, bestehend aus einem an der Vorderseite eines Stoffes anbringbaren Basiskörper und einen an der Rückseite das Stoffen anbringbaren Haltekörper, der Federeleaente zum UMgreifen des Basiskörpers aufweist.
  • Ein in der DE-GM 82 03 375 beschriebenes Schauckstück dieser Art ist als Hersclip ausgebildet und besteht aus einem gefaßten Basis- bzw. Schauckkörper und einem topfförmigen Haltekörper, wobei elastische Federzungen vorgesehen sind, um diese beide Körper ineinander zu verresten. Infolge der für den Basis- bzw. Schauckkörper vorgesehenen Fassung ist ein erhöhter Herstellungsaufwand erforderlich, wobei auch der Foragebung den Basis- bzw. Schauckkörpers Grenzen gesetzt sind. Auch der topfföraige Haltekörper mit an diesem Haltekörper angebrachten Felderslesenten zum Umgreifen des Basis- bzw. Schauckkörpers ist aufwendig in der Herstellung.
  • In der DE-GM 78 34 228 ist ein zwaiteiliges Schaucketück in Form einer Brosche beschrieben, von der das eine Teil als Schmuckkörper auf der Stoffvorderseite angebracht wird, während das andere Teil als Haltekörper für den Schauckkörper an der Stoffrückseite angebracht wird. Die beiden separatan Teile der Brosche werden durch Magnetkraft festgehalten, wozu es notwendig ist, daß jeder der beiden Teilen entweder einen Parmanentasgneten oder ein wetallisches ferromagnetisches Gegenstück enthält. Der Nachteil der bekannten zweiteiligen Brosche besteht darin, daß der Schauckkörper unabdingbar einen Permanentmagneten oder ein Gegenstück aus ferromagnetisches Material, aufweisen muß, wodurch bei der Formgebung den Schauckkörpers Grenzen gesetzt sind ebenso wie bei der Materialauswahl. In den Schauckkörper muß ein Magnetkörper oder ein Metallatück eingesetzt sein, was eine entsprechende Aufnahse in dem Schmuckkörper oder entsprechende zusätzliche Halterungs- bzw. Fassungselemente erfordert. Wann es sich bei dem Schauckkörper um einen Edelstein oder einen Halbedelstein handelt, auß dieser, abgesehen von den die Schmuckform bestinnenden gestalterischen Arbeiten und in der Regel durchzuführenden Polierarbeiten, mechanisch zerstört werden, um den Magnetkörper oder das Metallteil in oder an dem Schauckkörper zu befeetigen. Es ist weiterhin notwendig, daß die Rückseite des Schauckkörpers, zumindest soweit es die Magnetkörperfläche betrifft, eben ist, um in Verbindung mit dem auf der Stoffrückseite befindlichen Magnetkörper eine ausreichend hohe magnetische Haltkraft zu gewährleisten. Abgesehen, daß die zusätzliche Anbringung des Magneten an eich aufwendig ist, kann infolge nachlassender Magnetkraft die Brosche funktionsuntüchtig werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Schmuckstück in Form einer zweiteiligen Brosche so zu gestalten, daß, soweit es das System zum Befestigen der beiden Teile an einew Stoff, insbesondere textilen Stoff betrifft, die Bearbeitung bzw. Herstellung vereinfacht wird, während weiterhin auch der Materialaufwand niedrig sein soll.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Brosche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basiskörper fassungslos ist und der Haltekörper aus einew der Außenkontur eines U-Profils folgenden, in sich geschlossenen Drahtstück gebogen ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann im Bereich das Basis- bzw. Schmuckkörpern auf eine Fassung verzichtet werden, da auch ohne diese durch den erfindungsgemäß gestalteten Haltekörper ein sicheras Anbringen der Brosche an einem textilen Stoff gewährleistet ist. Der aus einem Drahtstück gebogene Haltekörper läßt sich ohne großen Aufwand mit einfachsten Mitteln herstellen.
  • Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen die erfindungsgemäße Brosche in zwei verschiedenen Ansichten, während in Fig. 3 der Haltekörper allein dargestellt ist.
  • Der Basis- bzw. Schmuckkörper 1 hat die Form einer Kugel, während der Klammerkörper 6 die Form eines U-Profils (Fig. 2) mit nach innen gebogenen Schenkelenden hat, wobei die Ubergänge von den Schenkeln zu dem Basisstegabschnitt dea U-Profils abgerundet bzw. bogenförmig sind. Der Haltekörper 6 hat die Form einer Klammer und ist aus einem der Außenkontur eines U-Profils folgenden in sich geschlossenen Drahtstück gebogen. Fig. 2 zeigt, wie der Haltskörper 6 wit seinen nach innen gebogenen Schenkelenden Ober die Xquatorlinie bzw. größte Durchasserlinie der Kugel 1 hinweggreift und damit eine Klemmwirkung ausübt, die durch Zwiechenlegung einer textilen Stoffbahn erhöht wird.
  • Der Basis- oder Schmuckkörper kann auch eine andere als eine Kugelform heben, solange gewährleistet iet, daß er zumindest teilweise von dem Federelementen umgriffen werden kann.

Claims (2)

1. Brosche, bestehend aus einem an der Vorderseite eines Stoffes anbringbaren Basiskörper und einem an der Rückseite des Stoffes anbringbaren Haltekörper, der Federelemente zum Umgreifen des Basiskörpers aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basiskörper (1) fassungslos ist und der Haltekörper (6) aus einem der Außenkontur eines U-Profils folgenden, in sich geschlossenen Drahtstück gebogen ist.
2. Brosche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der Außenseite einem U-Profil folgende Haltekörper nach innen gebogenen Schenkelenden aufweist.
