Claims (10)

1. Dispositif déchargeur pour machines à relier par adhésif comportant un dispositif de transport qui décharge les livres non-reliés ou articles semblables que déposent les griffes de transport d'une machine à relier par adhésif, en ligne directe vers le bas, dispositif de transport sur lequel les livres non-reliés sont debout sur leur dos et appuyés latéralement par des tôles de guidage, le dispositif de transport comportant une section dirigée obliquement vers le bas, suivie d'une section horizontale, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport consiste en une transmission par chaîne sans fin guidée par dessus des roues de renvoi (3, 4, 5) et des plateaux porteurs (10) disposés sur celles-ci avec des espacements identiques qui reçoivent les livres non-reliés par les griffes de transport de la machine à relier par adhésif, les plateaux porteurs (10) consistant en différents éléments de plateau (11, 12, 13) qui sont reliés entre eux par des articulations mais qui s'étayent réciproquement pour éviter un fléchissement en direction de la charge, les côtés avant des plateaux porteurs (10) étant fixés par une articulation à la transmission à chaîne de manière à ce que leur côtés arrière puissent être déplacés librement dans le sens longitudinal par l'intermédiaire d'un guidage (17) et que le dispositif de transport circule en étant entraîné à la même cadence que les griffes de transport de la machine à relier par adhésif.
2. Dispositif déchargeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la section (B) dirigée obliquement vers le bas de la transmission par chaîne est précédée, à faible distance par rapport aux griffes de transport de la machine à relier par adhésif, d'une section (A) s'étendant horizontalement, qui est formée par la roue de renvoi située dessus et une roue de renvoi (6) supplémentaire située au même niveau.
3. Dispositif déchargeur selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de plateau (11, 12, 13) présentent des rouleaux de commande (29) disposés latéralement sur leur axe de rotation commun, qui s'engagent dans des rainures de guidage aux extrémités (31, 32), qui se trouvent sur les rayons de renvoi.
4. Dispositif déchargeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur totale de l'élément de plateau arrière (13) est inférieure à la hauteur minimale des livres non-reliés.
5. Dispositif déchargeur selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les plateaux porteurs (10) sont chacun formés de 3 éléments de plateau (11, 12, 13) et que l'élément de plateau du milieu (12) s'appuie par un listel (15) posé latéralement sur les éléments de plateau voisins (11, 13).
6. Dispositif déchargeur selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les plateaux porteurs (10) sont pourvus d'une butée d'arête arrière (10a).
7. Dispositif déchargeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les plateaux porteurs (10) sont pourvus d'un revêtement antidérapant ou de rubans (37) appliqués en matériau antidérapant.
8. Dispositif déchargeur selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport présente une chaîne à rouleaux (2) sur laquelle repose d'un côté ou sont logés par une articulation les plateaux porteurs (10), que ceux- ci sont pourvus du côté détourné de la chaîne (2) de poulies qui s'appuient sur les bandes (22, 23, 24) associées au brin de chaîne supérieur et que pour éviter la déviation des éléments de plateau (11, 12, 13) un espace libre défini est prévu entre les bandes (22, 24) dans la zone de renvoi allant de la section horizontale (A) à la section dirigée obliquement vers le bas (B).
9. Dispositif déchargeur selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une bande (25), associée au brin de chaîne inférieur, s'appuie contre les poulies (21) disposées sur les plateaux porteurs (10).
10. Dispositif déchargeur selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de plateau (11, 12, 13) sont pourvus de listels de maintien fixes (15, 38) sur les côtés auxquels sont associées du côté opposé des barres de pression installées (40, 41, 42) qui peuvent être déplacées par rapport aux barres de maintien (15, 38) pour exercer une pression de serrage et de compression sur les zones latérales proches du dos des livres non-reliés par l'intermédiaire de moyens de commande.
