Claims (14)

1. 7. Appareil de lavage suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le filtre est constitué d'un panier de filtration (7) pouvant être introduit de l'extérieur dans l'appareil de lavage (1).
8. Installation de nettoyage de pièces encrassées déplacées sur des bandes convoyeuses au moyen d'un appareil de lavage (1), qui est disposé latéralement à côté de la bande convoyeuse, et dans lequel la pièce encrassée peut basculer en ayant une surface tournée vers le bas et vers un dispositif de pulvérisation et de lavage, et comprenant un dispositif de chargement (14,15,16) par lequel la pièce encrassée peut être introduite dans l'appareil de lavage (1) et, après le nettoyage, peut être ramenée à la bande convoyeuse, caractérisée en ce que, pour nettoyer des porte-pièces dans l'appareil de lavage, il est prévu un support du produit à laver (4) qui, avec le porte-pièces (3) appliqué et maintenu sur celui-ci par le dispositif de chargement, peut basculer de 180° dans la chambre de lavage (2) et peut être abaissé au moins jusqu'à ce que le porte-pièces (3) plonge dans une cuve de lavage ayant un liquide de lavage qui peut être déplacé par des ultrasons.
9. Appareil de lavage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un appareil de séchage est disposé entre le support de produit à laver (4) et le dispositif de pulvérisation et de lavage (tête pulvérisation 5), à l'extérieur de la région de basculement du support du produit à laver (4).
10. Appareil de lavage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de lavage (1) est constitué en poste mobile (roulettes (12).

Appareil de lavage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs appareils de lavage (1) sont disposés à côté d'une bande convoyeuse (courroie 17, 18) transportant un porte-pièces (3) d'un système de fabrication ou de montage, notamment d'un système flexible de montage.
12. Appareil de lavage suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé par une ouverture de chargement (11) tournée vers la bande convoyeuse (courroie 17, 18) et un dispositif de chargement (14, 15, 16) reliant l'ouverture de chargement (11) à la bande convoyeuse.
13. Appareil de lavage suivant la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que, à l'emplacement de l'appareil de lavage (1), est prévu, sur le trajet du système de fabrication ou de montage, un poste élévateur (21) pour le porte-pièces (3) à nettoyer.
14. Appareil de lavage suivant l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de lavage (1) est rendu, du point de vue du fonctionnement, dépendant du dispositif de commande de la bande convoyeuse associée du système de fabrication ou de montage, par au moins une liaison par en- fichage (fiche femelle 19; fiche mâle 20).
