Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine gekapselte unlösbare elektrische Leiterverbindung im Bereich der Elektroinstallation, der Fernmeldetechnik sowie des Elektrogeräte- und Elektroanlagenbaues unter Verwendung einer Verbindungshülse aus Isolierstoff und ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Ziel der Erfindung ist eine korrosionssichere Verbindung von elektrischen Leitern, unabhängig vom Leiterwerkstoff. Mit der Erfindung wird eine vollkommen isolierte Kapselung der Leiterverbindung erreicht. Der Übergangswiderstand der Verbindung ist klein, die Herstellung einfach und erfordert einen geringen Zeitaufwand.
In einer Verbindungshülse aus Kunststoff, die mit einem kontaktverbessernden Mittel ganz oder teilweise gefüllt ist, werden die abisolierten zu verbindenden Leiter in einer Halterung fixiert. Durch Drehen der Verbindungshülse und Festhalten der Leiter am Hülseneingang erfolgt eine Verdrillung, wobei die kontaktverbessernden Mittel eine Reduzierung des Übergangswiderstandes bewirken. Bei der fertigen Verbindung wird durch die Isolierhülse ein Kontaktdruck auf die Verdrillung ausgeübt, und die metallischen Leiter sind gegenüber der Außenluft gekapselt.
