Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Umbetten von Patienten beim Übergang zwischen einem septischen (2) und einem aseptischen Bereich (3) werden diese in einem Stationsbett (14) in einen Schleu­ senraum eingefahren, so daß die Längsseite des Bettes (14) an der Längskante einer höhengleich angeordneten Umbettplatte (7) zu liegen kommt. Diese Platte (7) befindet sich über ei­ ner den Schleusenraum in zwei Bereich teilenden Brüstung (1). Wenn der Patient (15) sich auf der Umbettplatte (7) befindet, wird diese horizonta vom Stationsbett (14) weg verschoben und auf das Niveau einer Operationstischplatte (23) angehoben, die sich auf der anderen Seite der Brüstung (1) befindet. Der Patient (15) wird nun von der Umbettplatte (7) auf die Ope­ rationstischplatte (23) ohne Veränderung der Höhenlage über­ führt. Die Umbettplatte (7) sitzt auf einem waagerecht ver­ fahrbaren Laufwagen (17), der wiederum auf einem lotrecht verfahrbaren Laufwagen (18) angeordnet ist. Beide Laufwagen (17,18) werden über Zylinder (19, 20) bewegt (Fig. 2).
