Claims (10)

1. Chapeau de cheminée pour le contrôle du tirage dans un conduit de cheminée, en particulier une ouverture d'usine, avec un déflecteurqui présente une ouverture centrale et une surface contiguë inclinée vers le bas, un deuxième déflecteur complètement fermé étant prévu au-dessus du premier déflecteur nommé, et recouvrant au moins complètement l'ouverture centrale du premier déflecteur, caractérisé en ce qu'une tôle directrice (10) en forme de calotte est montée sur la face inférieure du deuxième déflecteur (2) supérieur, au-dessus de l'ouverture (6) du premier déflecteur (1), son diamètre étant inférieur au diamètre du déflecteur supérieur (2), cette tôle dire- trice s'étendant sur l'ouverture centrale (6) et présentant une face en forme de boule (11) tournée vers l'ouverture nommé, et qu'une voûte annulaire (14) en forme de coupole est réalisée dans le premier déflecteur (1) dans la zone de raccordement entre la tôle directrice (10) et le deuxième déflecteur (2), au-dessus du bord intérieur (13) de l'ouverture centrale (6) et la surface du premier déflecteur (1) est réalisée concave sur sa bordure extérieure et convexe vers le centre.
2. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux déflecteurs (1, 2) présentent, dans leur zone de recouvrement, des surfaces approximativement identiques.
3. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux déflecteurs (1, 2) sont reliés entre eux de façon démontable.
4. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les déflecteurs (1, 2) son reliés entre eux de façon démontable au moyen de vis en matière plastique (15, 18), par l'intermédiaire de boulons d'écartement (16).
5. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier déflecteur (1) est pourvu d'éléments d'appui et de fixation (3, 30) à l'aide desquels le chapeau peut être fixé sur le conduit de cheminée à une distance choisie.
6. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui (3) présentent des étriers d'appui (17) fixés sur la face inférieure du déflecteur inférieur (1) et pourvus d'un épaulement ébauché à la presse.
7. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les organes de fixation (30) sont constitués d'un anneau (31) et de vis dirigées radialement vers l'extérieur, maintenus dans l'anneau.
8. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux déflecteurs (1, 2) et la tôle directrice (10) en forme de calotte présentent des zones circulaires égales et superposées dans des plans à peu près horizontaux, à travers lesquelles les vis en matière plastique (15, 16) passent et sont vissées sur les boulons d'écartement (16) qui s'appuient également sur ces zones et qui sont filetées à leurs deux extrémités.
9. Chapeau de cheminée suivant les revendications 4, et 7, caractérisé en ce que les étriers d'appui (17) son prolongés d'un côté, en sorte qu'il courent sur la face inférieure du premier déflecteur jusqu'à l'ouverture centrale et de là descendent verticalement jusqu'à l'anneau (31), tout en étant combinés à des vis en matière plastique (18) qui vont dans les anneaux d'écartement (16) ainsi qu'aux vis de fixation (32).
10. Chapeau de cheminée suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que en ce que la longueur des boulons d'écartement (16) est comprise entre 20 et 45 % du diamètre de l'ouverture (6) dans le déflecteur inférieur.
