Abstract

Bei einer solchen Staudruckbegrenzung wird die Stirnfläche der in Geschlossenstellung befindlichen Drosselklappe (2) an einer Stelle von einer Ventilbohrung (8) überbrückt, in der ein Ventilkörper (10) verschiebbar ist, der von einer Feder (17) beaufschlagt ist. Dabei ist es erwünscht, wenn das Sicherungsventil mit größerer Zuverlässigkeit bei Überschreiten der oberen Staudruckgrenze angepaßt an das Ausmaß des Uberschreitens anspricht. Dies ist erreicht, indem zwischen der in Geschlossenstellung befindlichen Drosselklappe (2) und dem in Schließstellung befindlichen Ventilkörper (10) ein schmaler Spalt (19) vorhanden ist und die Kennlinie der Feder (17) unter einem Verhältnis Federkraft (N) : Federweg (mm) von 1,5 - 2,5 : 1 ansteigt. Es ist die Sogwirkung des durchströmenden Gases auf den Ventilkörper bei der Festlegung der Federkennlinie berücksichtigt.
