Claims (13)

1. Palier pour le battant d'une fenêtre, d'une porte ou analogue, conformé en palier inférieur, du côté de la bande d'une garniture à pivotement et à basculement, avec une partie de palier appartenant au châssis et une partie de palier (1) pour le battant, la partie de palier pour le châssis étant dans un tourillon et la partie de palier pour le battant étant une douille de palier (2) avec un forure de palier (19) qui est pourvue à son extrémité supérieure d'une pièce de palier (30) réglable axialement, caractérisé en ce que la douille de palier (2) est divisée, au moyen d'une fente transversale (16) s'étendant à peu près perpendiculairement à la forure de palier (19), en une partie supérieure en cours d'emploi et en une partie inférieure, la section transversale libre de la forure de palier (19) dans la région de la partie inférieure (17) de la douille de palier (2) étant réglable et l'extrémité inférieure (23) de la fente transversale (16) s'étendant à peu près à travers l'axe de palier géométrique (5).
2. Palier suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure de la douille de palier (2) est conformée en douille de serrage (17).
3. Palier suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la partie fendue (17) de la douille de palier (2) se trouve une bague de freinage (22) en forme de douille, fendue, de préférence en matière synthétique.
4. Palier suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la bague de freingage (22) est maintenue bloquée en rotation dans la douille de palier (2), respectivement dans la pièce partielle conformée en douille de serrage (17).
5. Palier suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la bague de freinage (22) présente un ressort (24) formé en particulier, qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale (3), s'avançant radialement vers l'extérieur, qui s'engage dans une rainure intérieure (25) de la douille de serrage (17).
6. Palier suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (24) de la bague de freinage (22) est disposé avec un décalage d'environ 180° par rapport à sa fente longitudinale (26).
7. Palier suivant au moins l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la douille de palier (2) est faite d'une pièce avec un corps de palier (12) de la partie de palier (1) pour le battant, et en ce que le corps de palier présente une fente longitudinale (18) allant jusqu'à la forure (21) de la douille de palier, chaque vis de serrage (27) traversant transversalement la fente longitudinale (18), et en ce que son axe longitudinal s'étend à peu près perpendiculairement à l'axe (5) de la forure.
8. Palier suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce partielle de la partie de garniture placée en avant de la fente longitudinale (18) présente un filetage (28) pour la vis de serrage (27) et en ce que la partie placée en arrière présente une forure de passage (29) en particulier décalée pour recevoir, en la noyant, la tête de la vis.
9. Palier suivant la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la fente longitudinale (18) se trouve sur la pièce partielle de la partie de palier (1) associée au châssis et en ce que la fente longitudinale s'étend à peu près parallèlement au plan du châssis.
10. Palier suivant au moins l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal de la rainure intérieure (25) du corps de palier (12) forme, avec la fente longitudinale (18), un angle d'environ 45°, la rainure intérieure (25) étant orientée en face du filetage (28) pour la vis de serrage (27).
11. Palier suivant au moins l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la partie de palier (1) présentant la forure de palier (19) est conformée comme partie de palier renforcée, avec au moins une cornière de renforcement ou de support (8, 9) fixée au corps de palier (12).
12. Palier suivant au moins l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le corps de palier (12) est fait d'une pièce coulée sous pression, en particulier d'une pièce coulée sous pression en zinc.
13. Palier suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de palier présentant la forure de palier (19) est la partie de palier du battant.
