Claims (5)

1. Toit en pente comprenant des voliges ou lattes de toit sur le planchéiage et une planche faîtière (9) destinée à supporter une tuile faîtière (14), cette planche faîtière (9) s'étendant à travers un élément de retenue (1) comportant deux jambes (2,3) dont au moins une jambe comporte une liaison avec le toit, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une jambe (2, 3) fixée directement sur une contre-volige (8) du planchéiage du toit, et en ce la volige supérieure (11) est maintenue par cette jambe (2, 3) sans être directement fixée sur le planchéiage du toit.
2. Etrier à appliquer sur le faîte d'un toit en pente selon la revendication 1, cet étrier étant muni d'un élément de retenue 1 pour la planche faîtière de façon à supporter la tuile faîtière et deux jambes (2, 3) s'étendant à partir de cet élément de retenue, caractérisé en ce que les deux jambes (2, 3) sont munies d'une pièce de fixation (4) destinée à retenir la volige supérieure en position sur le planchéiage du toit.
3. Etrier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fixation (4) destinée à la volige supérieure est en forme de L, tandis que la jambe libre (12) du L peut être pliée de telle manière qu'une volige (11) reposant sur une pièce de fixation peut être maintenue en position.
4. Etrier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de fixation destinée à la volige supérieure est constituée par un support (10) et une bande ou feuillard de fixation (4) à replier sur la volige à partir du côté supérieur.
5. Etrier selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les bandes ou feuillards de fixation (4), les supports (10) et les jambes de l'élément de retenue sont découpés à partir d'une seule bande ou feuillard qui est également constitué par le matériau des jambes (2, 3) et la partie inférieure de l'élément de retenue (1).
